Your luxury bayside Edwardian home has a secret side; a large architectural glass box extension for the huge family living area overlooking the outdoor area and pool. Walk straight through the family area into the sleek white and grey kitchen that boasts all the appliances you’ll need for a fantastic family holiday, with stools lining up at the breakfast bar that are perfect for adults and kids alike.

Just on the other side of the kitchen area you’ll find the dining table and chairs, located next to the spectacular glass wall with a patio door into the garden so you can enjoy dinner with a view. The modern chairs contrast perfectly with the expansive light wood dining table, with bright pieces of art on the white walls that really catch your eye. After dinner you can move effortlessly to the living area and relax on the huge grey sofa. If you don’t want to stay indoors, the enormous table outside on the patio is big enough to hold platter after platter of tasty dishes for everyone to enjoy next to your fantastic private swimming pool.

The property can be set up with either three or four bedrooms depending on your group, and the gorgeous, quirky and kid-friendly décor in the smaller rooms make this family home ideal for little ones. Cool, chic bathrooms are large enough for more than one family member at a time, and bedrooms offer a blend of period features with quirky, modern pieces – bookworms will love the modern white bookcase next to the bed, complete with nightlight for reading after bedtime. From the light that streams in through the windows to the extra comfy mattress on your bed, you’ll want to stay there all day!

Please let us know if you require accommodation to suit pets as this requires approval prior to booking. Should this home not be suitable for your pets, we will be happy to recommend some alternatives. Water bowls and dog beds are available on request to minimise your luggage.
