Presenting our Fully equipped 4 bedroom, 2 Bathroom Property located in the desirable Brighton Beachside housing estate in Jindalee. On of Perths most desirable suburbs located 20 minutes north of Joondalup.

Close to Shops, Restaurants, Beaches and Public parks this lovely home offers 4 Bedroom accommodation providing 2 Queens , a Double and 2 x Single rooms providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 People.

2 Separate living areas are provided, each with TV AND Tbox for Movie Downloads, Foxtel and Commercial Channels are all available for a small fee.

The home offers a separate dining area with extendable dining table to enjoy a lovely family meal together.

A Private outdoor area includes Alfresco Dinng Area and Deck spreading out to a Gorgeous in Ground Plunge Pool.

Absolutley perfect place to stay

We stayed at the villa for 4 weeks and I honestly couldn't praise our stay enough.

The owners were brilliant from the get go. They made sure that the property was clean for arrival,answered any questions I had promptly and nothing was too much.

The property is simply beautiful. If your a family or a couple you will love the house. It was so much bigger than expected,a real homely but modern feel. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking big family meals,we also loved using the BBQ. Even in the winter month we managed 2 BBQs in our stay. The garden is really nice,perfect pool,very safe for young children as you have a wall around the pool area.

Wifi is a great plus because not many properties in this area offer it. Very fast wifi too!

The location couldn't of been bettering. 5 minute walk to local Coles store. 10 minutes to a gorgeous beach with beach bar for snacks and meals. We enjoyed strolling down on the beach and also to the nearby parks. There's extremely good links via bus and train to other parts of Perth. The people in this area are so friendly and welcmoming.

We couldn't fault one thing and will definitely be back!!

Excellent property

Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the traffic noise from the main road which is why I haven't given it 5 stars. However the property was lovely it had everything required and what you didn't have Garry got for you within 24 hours. It was also close to all amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous property

We really enjoyed our stay at Brighton Beachside Hideaway. Garry was very welcoming and helped us out with the local area and anything else we needed. The property itself was lovely. All furnishings were good quality and comfortable and you had everything there you needed (even an Oz adapter which was life saving)! The pool was beautiful and lights changed colour (even if we didn't manage to get in as we visited early Spring). The location was very convenient over the road from the supermarket, local doctor/pharmacy, fast food, restaurants and of course the Thirsty Camel (beer store). We will definitely recommend to stay here!

Outstanding house for all the family

Great location near to shops, restaurants, a supermarket and beach. If you hire a car you can get to various great places in Perth.

The house was exactly what we needed for a 4 week vacation and it was home from home, it had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 young children, plus plenty of space.

The BBQ and pool area meant we had many a great evening's outside.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for the owner Garry, he was always available to help and advise us and his communication was extremely professional and prompt.

I personally would recommend this house to any family as its great value for money, and ultimately resulted in us having a fab holiday.
