Quiet peninsula street, 100 metres from village cafes, shops & express city buse

Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, with own private side gate & entrance.

We are happy to accomodate same day/last minute check in

Spacious & light-filled 1st floor apartment in a quiet street.

Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook.

Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children, but can accomodate 6 adults.

As well as the 2 queen beds we also have 2 fold out single beds plus a portable cot if needed.

There is space in one bedroom to set up a single bed & in the other bedroom a cot or living area can be converted to sleep 2 adults on fold out beds.

Apartment is kid friendly for ages 6+. Younger kids are welcome too, but you'll need to watch them on the entry stairs.

Open plan living & dining area with modern conveniences make this sanctuary a home away from home.

Enjoy leafy district views from the balcony, whilst staying only a 100 metres from public transport & Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars.

Kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 element induction hot plate, coffee pod machine, toasted sandwich machine, pots, pans, utensils & crockery.

Washing machine, dryer & drying rack are located in the large bathroom.

Air conditioning cools & heats the apartment with split system reverse cycle units in the lounge/dining area & each bedroom, also stand alone personal fans in the bedrooms. Panel heaters are also available if preferred.

Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with a bench seat, 2 chairs & table.

Linen & Wi-fi access is included.

Location Details:

Apartment is a 2 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the CBD and the train network that services Blue Mountains & airport .

Direct bus to Bondi Beach,Sydney University, University of New South Wales .

100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with a smorgasbord of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent, TAB or clothing shops.

15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with Woolworths supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops

Parks, fish markets, weekend markets all within an easy walk.

20 minute walk to the overseas cruise terminal at White Bay.

10 minute walk t 7km bay run

Street parking out front but with so much on offer within walking distance or the comprehensive public transport (bus/light rail/ferry all within 15 minutes walk) there is little need for a car.

A visitor parking permit can be provided with a $135 deposit which isrefundable on return of the permit. (Council charge $135 for replacement of lost permits)

Check in 1pm, check out 10am.

Please do not leave air conditioning, heaters or fans on when not in the apartment.

Lost door key have a $50 replacement fee.

We have contract cleaners who charge an additional fee for changing cleaning schedule so please vacate by 10am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made..

Late check out till 1pm is an additional $40.

As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy.

No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

No pets.

Cleaning fee of $100 will apply to all bookings

A complimentary welcome pack includes items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand soap, shower wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies.

What a great sanctuary hidden away in the most convenient location. The apartment is much bigger than the photos made it look. It is so well decked out, clean, modern and much nicer than a hotel room. The shortest walk to a smorgasbord of restaurants.

Great location and value, excellent host!

We were two adults and two kids visiting Sydney for the weekend. The apartment was perfect for us - had everything we needed including a cot and toys for the kids. Everything was clean and well-furnished. In a peaceful cul-de-sac, but only a two-minute walk from Darling St. and plenty of everything. Rosalie was a perfect host, there when we needed her but leaving us to ourselves otherwise. She even helped us with a very late check-in (10:30 PM!). Outstanding value for the location - can't go wrong!
