Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, with own private side gate & entrance.

Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook.

Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children. We do have 2 fold out beds, 1 queen & a single blow up bed plus a portable cot if needed. There is space in one bedroom to set up a single bed & in the other bedroom a cot.

An open plan living & dining area with modern conveniences make this sanctuary a home away from home.

Enjoy leafy district views from the balcony, whilst staying only a 100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars.

Kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 element induction hot plate, coffee pod machine, toasted sandwich machine, utensils & crockery.

Washing machine, dryer & drying rack are located in the large bathroom.

Air conditioning cools the apartment with personal fans in the bedrooms.

Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with bench seat & leafy district views.

Linen & Wi-fi access is included.

Location Details:

Apartment is a 2 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the CBD and the train network that services Blue Mountains & airport .

Direct bus to Bondi Beach,Sydney University, University of New South Wales .

100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent, TAB or clothing shops.

15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with Woolworths supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops

Parks, fish markets, weekend markets all within an easy walk.

10 minute walk down to the water to the 7km bay run

Street parking out front but with so much on offer within walking distance or the comprehensive public transport (bus/light rail/ferry all within 15 minutes walk) there is little need for a car.

A resident parking permit can be provided with a $128 deposit refundable on return of the permit.

As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy.

No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

No pets.

Cleaning fee of $100 will apply to all bookings

A complimentary welcome pack includes a number of single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand soap, laundry and dishwashing supplies.
