About the property

Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, with own private side gate & entrance.

Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook.

Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children. We do have 2 fold out beds, 1 queen & a single blow up bed plus a portable cot if needed. There is space in one bedroom to set up a single bed & in the other bedroom a cot.

An open plan living & dining area with modern conveniences make this sanctuary a home away from home.

Enjoy leafy district views from the balcony, whilst staying only a 100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars.

Kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 element induction hot plate, coffee pod machine, toasted sandwich machine, utensils & crockery.

Washing machine, dryer & drying rack are located in the large bathroom.

Air conditioning cools & heats the apartment with split system reverse cycle units in the lounge/dining area & each bedroom, also stand alone personal fans in the bedrooms.

Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with bench seat & leafy district views.

Linen & Wi-fi access is included.

Location Details:

Apartment is a 2 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the CBD and the train network that services Blue Mountains & airport .

Direct bus to Bondi Beach,Sydney University, University of New South Wales .

100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent, TAB or clothing shops.

15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with Woolworths supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops

Parks, fish markets, weekend markets all within an easy walk.

20 minute walk to the overseas cruise terminal at White Bay.

10 minute walk t 7km bay run

Street parking out front but with so much on offer within walking distance or the comprehensive public transport (bus/light rail/ferry all within 15 minutes walk) there is little need for a car.

A visitor parking permit can be provided with a $132 deposit which isrefundable on return of the permit.

Check in 1pm, check out 10am.

Please advise if late check out is required, as we use commercial cleaners who are booked in advance and have a reschedule fee.

Late check out till 1pm is an additional $40.

As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy.

No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

No pets.

Cleaning fee of $100 will apply to all bookings

A complimentary welcome pack includes a number of single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand soap, laundry and dishwashing supplies.

Amazing Stay!

Nice apartment right in the center of the city! Lovely owner and must appreciate their hospitality. They are available for any help!! Rosalie and Steven are one the nicest people I have come across in Australia.

If you are new to Sydney and looking for a bankable place, then no second thoughts. Just go for it!

Lovely comfortable apartment

We recently spent 3 nights in this very comfortable apartment in Rozelle. Close to shops and buses, easy street parking even on a Saturday night, very well equipped for a holiday apartment, free wifi, and a coffee pod machine. Rooms are large, especially the bathroom/laundry, and apartment has its own side entry.

Excellent property and location

Clean modern apartment with everything you need. The location could not of been better, no car needed as close to shop's and public transport. Our host was very helpful and the Tim-Tams, cold drinks, coffee tea and milk were a very nice surprise, would recommend to everyone.
