About the property

Large, well-appointed, 2-bedroom modern townhouse with ocean views from the master bedroom balcony. Open space living and dinning area, secure parking, with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilets.

This 2 bedroom townhouse is in an elevated position overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom features a queen size bed and balcony with ocean views and seating. The second bedroom features two single beds and a trundle bed for extra guests. Both bedrooms have large in-built robes.

The property is fully furnished for 6 guests and features an open living lounge and dining area. The living-dining room has a 6-seat leather couch, as well as a 6 seater dinning suite and 40" LED TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven/cook top, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus quality crockery, cutlery and utensils. The kitchen leads to the laundry and separate downstairs toilet and outdoor area.

The Neighbourhood

Hallett Cove is a coastal suburb within close proximity to Marion and Hallett Cove shopping centres, Hallett Cove beach, Hallett Cove Conservation Park, Brighton beach, Glenelg beach, and is only 30mins from the McLaren Vale wine region and many attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

There are several large parks in the area with playground equipment for younger children. The property is situated at the northern end of the Coast to Vines rail trail, which is a shared bike/pedestrian path leading to the McLaren Vale and Willunga winery areas.

The property allows you instant access to spectacular walks along the Hallett Cove conservation park board walk trail and is only a one minute walk from the train station, providing direct access to the Adelaide CBD via train.

Getting Around

From the airport, guests can drive directly up Brighton Road turning off towards Marino Rocks and following the coastal side of the train line to the small shops. The townhouse is approximately 20 km from the airport. Public transport is only a one minute walk away and provides direct access to Noarlunga and most major Southern suburbs along the way to Adelaide city.

Guests have access to all the facilities and secure off-street parking.

Guests will be met by my father who lives close by to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. All linen and towels provided. Groups greater than four people, are charged at an extra $25 per night per person. We ask that you respectfully consider the neighbours with regards to noise after 9pm. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed unless they are recognised as an assistance pet.

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and it was absolutely amazing! The place was so clean and tidy and we felt relaxed straight away. The view from the balcony is amazing and the air con in the rooms is fantastic. The place is beautiful and we would 100% recommend it! :)

A lovely place to stay....

Had a 3 night stay at the property.. had all the comforts of home, quiet area regardless that its near the train station.. I didnt hear a thing :-) well maintained although could do with some block out curtains in the main bedroom and the shower needed a bit of maintenance but other than that... I will be back again!

Only a Short walk to the Hallett Cove Boardwalk, backs onto the train station but didn't hear them at all now that they're electric! House is exactly how it is described and very well equipped! Would definitely stay there again/recommend it

What a beautiful surprise

We stayed here on the weekend of march 24th

The two bedroom unit even tho next to train tracks was secluded and extremely quite

The unit is beautifully set up with modern facilities and accompaniments

The view breath taking and the loveliest host making out stay a pleasent relaxing time

We look forward to staying here again
