Location Location Location for this recently freshly painted cottage in the Royal Harbor area. Perfect for couples looking to be close (1 mile) to the Old Naples, Downtown, boutique shops, restaurants, galleries and shops of 5th Ave South, entertainment on 3rd Street South, Naples Beaches, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Gordons Pass River, and the Gulf of New Mexico. The Mercado district is just a short drive away. Cottage is on a cul de sac and very quiet street. Bike ride only 2 miles to Naples Beach and Naples Pier. Great location!! Plenty of parking. A great private yard for pets.

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Just perfect for two people. Everything you need. The owner is very responsive to any requests or issues that may arise. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

This cottage is perfect for two! It's an easy walk to shops and the beach, and it has everything you need plus more. The hostess communicates quickly and answered all our questions. We'll definitely go back!

Awesome

Gail was wonderful… great location…. We we able to go on afternoon walks to Tin city and to a nice cafe for lunch. Short drive to the 64 pickleball courts. We will stay again!
