It is only a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars on the Gold Coast or hang out at the Surf Club or beachside cafes. Only minutes to one of the largest shopping centres in the Southern Hemisphere and 30 mins to the Theme Parks. You can just relax or immerse yourself in the many activities right at your doorstep. LIVING

The living, dining and kitchen are spacious open plan areas flowing out to the balcony for the true essence of beach-side living. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed while taking in the surroundings that makes holidaying beachfront an enviable and desirable experience. There are multiple living areas indoors and out with room for everyone to relax in style and luxury. There is a games room and bar for your enjoyment and it provides the perfect for retreat for families, friends and corporate guests who enjoy style, luxury and location.

KITCHEN & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING

The designer kitchen has Caesar stone bench tops, quality stainless-steel appliances with gas cooking and a coffee machine for your coffee fix. You can relax by the pool or on the daybed on the balcony watching the waves roll in. There are also two additional areas for you to soak up the ambience outdoors or steal some quiet time for yourself until you cook a BBQ on the deck.

This home is beachfront and there are some great bike riding and walking tracks right out the front. We can assist you with bike and surfboard hire or bring your own

There is a 2 car garage and secure parking for an additional 2 cars on the property.
