Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Northbridge. Large living area and three separate bedrooms; queen (with ensuite), double and twin. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with separate balconies. Great views overlooking the city from the main balcony. Second bathroom includes shower/bath, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils etc. The apartment has free, fast wifi. Free parking is available for one car in secure undercover carpark. An additional single bed and portable cot are available on request.

We provide all bed linen and towels along with lots of extras to make your stay more comfortable (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, washing powder, dish detergent, tea and coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, condiments etc.)

Northbridge is a fantastic place to stay - right in the centre of the action with restaurants, bars and cafes at your door-step and the city's attractions just a hop, skip and jump away (5min walk to the CBD or catch the free Blue CAT bus). Treat yourself to brunch at the Little Bird Cafe downstairs or try your luck at the Board Game Cafe!

Our apartment is very centrally located to the CBD and public transport (5min walk).

Please note the apartment is securely located on the second floor and is accessed by two flights of stairs (no lift).

House Rules

Our accommodation caters for families, small groups and business travellers. We ask that you treat our property with respect and take care of the apartment as if it were your own.

1. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Evidence of parties will result in loss of bond.

2. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

3. Smoking is not allowed within the apartment complex. This includes balcony areas. Evidence of smoking will result in loss of bond.

4. Damage, theft and losses are guest's responsibility. Lost keys or fobs will be charged to the guest.

5. Pets are not allowed.

6. At time of booking, please advise the total number of adults and children for the duration of your stay. Visitors are not permitted to stay in the apartment. Charges will apply for additional undeclared guests.

7. Please lock all doors when you go out and remember to turn off lights, air conditioning etc.

8. Check-out time is strictly 10am to allow us time to prepare the property for the next guests. Additional charges will apply if guests do not vacate at 10am (except where prior arrangements have been made).

9. Please leave the apartment tidy. On check-out, please return furniture to its original position. Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Please wash all dishes and leave kitchen tidy. Additional charges will apply if the apartment (or linen) is left excessively dirty and additional cleaning is required.
