Our apartment contains what we believe are all the items necessary to ensure it is fully self-contained. And we are always open to ideas of how we can further enhance your stay.

It is in the perfect location for anyone visiting Melbourne. Set in close proximity to the University of Melbourne, the iconic Lygon Street precinct, the Museum and Exhibition Centre, the Exhibition Gardens and Princes Park you will find yourself just a short stroll from iconic restaurants, cafes and bars with a great hub of shops, cinemas and other amenities. The Melbourne CBD is a short walk for 20 minutes or a brief tram ride down Swanston Street.

This apartment offers open plan kitchen, living and dining areas, with polished floorboards throughout and 2 outdoor courtyards. There is lots of natural light, and the apartment is surrounded by greenery from 2 nearby park areas.

There are 3 bedrooms, all carpeted and the main bedroom features a queen bed, whilst the others include 2 single beds. The master bedroom includes a beautiful ensuite and a private courtyard. The second and third bedrooms both feature 2 single beds, and the second bathroom includes a

bath.

The functional kitchen boasts gas cooking and a dishwasher, while the apartment also features central heating and cooling. A European Laundry is included as is car parking for 1 car.
