This villa is only one minute walk to restaurants, bottle shops, chemist Australia post ect. Not to mention great cup of coffee from one of the cafes.

The beach and playgrounds are 10 min walk away, the main surf beach a 10 min drive. The theme parks are approx 5 - 10 km away !

Also, if you happen to enjoy fishing you can do that from the jetty.

This unit is in a great location ! It also has Netflix for your entertainment and Wi-Fi.

Relaxing

Comfortable, relaxing, pet friendly, close to variety of restaurants, shops, etc. Enjoyed feeding ducks in creek across path. Allowed a very late check out so gave owner a head start on the laundry for next tenants (hope you got it off the line before the rain Chris). Cheers, Bob & Sharon (& Jazzie of course).

Fantastic property and location!

The villa was clean a d comfortable with everything you need! It is truly pet friendly! Dogs are welcomed and loved. Chris is very friendly and easy going to both us and our beloved pets. Lovely short 1 min stroll to Chirn Park Village offering bars cafes and shops. Close to many GC attractions and just a short drive to Surfers Paradise. Will definitley stay here again. Highly recommend!
