“Beachside Grove” is a spacious Holiday House (120sq.m of living space, with a 20m2 private garage) that can accommodate up to 8 people. With its own private backyard (of 350 m2), large enough for the kids to play in a safe and secure environment, this tastefully decorated beach house is definitely a comfortable location where to spend a pleasant holiday, relaxing outside and enjoying the sea breeze. This brilliant property is set high on the hill and located centrally in what is unquestionably Perth’s most spectacular section of coastline and scenic local beaches steeped in history. In fact, it is located on the amazing Sunset Coast, which delivers up endless spectacular sunsets over the ocean. North Beach Western Australia, a 50 metre stroll from the front door will have your toes in the magnificent pristine waters of the Indian Ocean.

From here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the West Australian Coast and the most beautiful spot for the magnificent sunset experience. Beachside Groves vibrant coastal colours entrance foyer leads into the bright living room, the dining area, where big windows let you go into the backyard, with the fully optioned kitchen, to the side of the dining.

The hallway leads into the sleeping area that has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 bunks bed, all with big built in wardrobes and big windows. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. There is also fully equipped laundry with lot of cupboards, a washing machine, a dryer and a separate Toilet.

The kitchen is big and fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pots & pans, deep-fryer and sandwich maker and all other necessary equipment, the property also has flat screen TV, portable A/C,iron and iron board, steamer iron, room fans and abundant toys, such as bikes, surfboard and boogie boards with wetsuits, footballs Aussie rules and rugby, darts, some fishing gear and board games to help keep everyone entertained.

This Holiday House has three private car parks and one enclosed garage near the main entrance. The backyard is complimented with outdoor furniture a bar-fridge and outdoor couch, where you can just hang around in the hammock having a cold beer or wine and snack then drifting off again all in a beautiful protected garden setting

But rather than describe it, the photos clearly illustrate the unique diversity of this property. With certainty, a stay in this environment, because of its location, will help to turn the holiday into something really special.



Magnificent position! West Coast Drive is a component road of the Sunset Coast Tourist Drive 204, a 38 km scenic route along Perth’s Northern beaches. The road was initially a street which formed part of North Beach, which was Perth cities original beach holiday resort in the pioneer days and has a wealth of local landmarks to visit,


1. 100 metres North of Beachside Grove is a designated animal exercise beach for your much loved pets.

2. Immediately in front is a safe swimming and snorkelling beach with abundant natural sea life ranging from a friendly stingray family to abalone, starfish and reef fish etc. then there is the occasional visit by the local seal and if you are really lucky an inshore swim bye of some hump back whales.

3. Then 300 m south is the local surfing beach which is for the intermediate to advanced surfer (no beginners)

All of these beaches fall within a marine park and the taking of any sea life is strictly forbidden other than those caught by fishing rod from the Local Jetty or beach across the road.

North Beach is a northern coastal suburb of Perth, which from the 1920s onwards was a coastal village which served as a holiday destination for Perth residents. North Beach is a residential suburb with The North Beach Plaza Shopping centre being 300m from the property offers a range of shopping experiences being a supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, Australian post, an ATM, bottle shop, bakery, gym, fish and chips, hair salon, women boutique, beauty salon and a surf shop.

Nearby Flora Terrace, 200m behind the property, offers a wide range of bars/restaurants, from alfresco to a dual gold plate restaurant. All in a walking distance, the Soda Sunlounge Restaurant; the Tropico North Beach, where to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, pizza bits and drinks; the Zephir Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant, Multiple Gold Plate Award winning; the elegant Clarkes of North Beach; hair and beauty salon, women’s fashion boutique, fish and chips and bakery.

North Beach also features a tennis club (synthetic and hard surfaces) and lawn bowls club. Local bus stops are no more than 400m in any direction, which will take you direct to the Karrinyup regional Shopping centre or into the city or to a train interchange to Perth city or Joondalup City to the north,

Beachside Grove is located just 14 km from Perth City Centre .North Beach is located centrally between Perth’s 2 main beach side tourist attractions ,being the magnificent Scarborough beach and the brilliant Hillary’s boat harbour both of which offer an endless range of Food outlets and shopping or somewhere you can just relax and put your feet up.

For the more energetic there is the opportunity to take a kiteboarding or surfing lesson or the kids can enjoy the waterslide fun park, all within a half hour stroll from Beachside Grove. .If you are a golfer Hamersley public course (2 x 18 holes) is 3km away with the private Karrinyup Country Club being available only to those with sister club connections being slightly closer.

400m to the north of Beachside Grove is the Mt. Flora observation deck and local history museum (gold coin entry to museum) which is built within and on top of the now disused water storage tank, thus this point is the highest locally and has commanding 360 degree views, over beaches, bushland reserve and in the distance some of the city skyline and makes for a great viewing platform for the Australia day fireworks event. Also makes a wonderful platform if you are a star gazer.

400m to the East is the Star Swamp A class reserve and heritage trails, this reserve has been preserved for all time and is 250 acres of natural bush with a wetland at its heart, there are 10 km‘s of sealed signposted limestone trails meandering through the reserve featuring things from an historic orchard or aboriginal camp, to staging point for Light horsemen during war times and many more other interesting sites.
