Nestled in the heart of the village like atmosphere of Balmoral and in a quiet location, you will be so close and spoilt for choice with the near-by restaurants and cafes for any meal during the day, while the cosmopolitan village of Mosman is only a short 10 minute walk away to access more restaurants and cafes and a range of shops and services to make your stay more homely.
There is a range of water sports available on the beach - with kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, boats and sailing craft available for hire. There is even bait if you would like a bit of fishing ( a license is required for this though).
To make your stay memorable on first arriving we can even arrange to stock the fridge with food or your favourite drinks or even flowers. We can arrange that special dinner at one of the great restaurants which are only 5 minutes walk away.

A bond of $1000 is payable before arrival and refundable on exit (assuming condition is as found on arrival) to ensure the property is immediately available for the next guests.

Departure - must be by 10am, however later may be arranged but will attract a full day rate.
Depending on availability and time of year our minimum booking stay is 3 nights, by special request, but the rate will be higher than displayed.
