NEWLY LISTED. Very clean, modern and quiet. Panoramic views over Melbourne's eastern suburbs from the balcony. Lots of natural light coming from big windows.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket, bakeries, organic grocery store, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and movie theatre.

You will enjoy the convenience of the location as everything you need is literally a few minutes walk away.

The tram to the city centre is just outside the door. The city centre is about 10km away. Going in the other direction on the tram will take you to Box Hill, a short 4 km away.

There is one queen size bed and two single beds. Quality bedlinen is provided and there are Bosch appliances.

Highly recommend

I had a 5 day workshop to attend. Appartment was clean, comfy, quiet and had all the basics. tram was just a few doors down. Many restaurants and cafes to choose from which made feeding myself easy. The hosts were extremely helpful and obliging. They also make a very good coffee in their cafe downstairs. If I have to come back to Melbourne again I will definitely try and stay here again.
