A picturesque 30 acre horse and beef cattle property surrounds the 1920’s Queenslander farm house which has been elegantly restored. The house features a lounge-dining room opening to the riverside verandah. There are three bedrooms - a queen with ensuite, two long singles, and another two long singles. Each bedroom opens onto a second verandah and all have views of the property and the river. A full kitchen and the main bathroom and laundry complete the home.

There is a wood burning fireplace to light and enjoy however the home is also air conditioned for both cooling and heating.

Chill out on the verandah and watch for platypus, turtles, saratoga fish, and a variety of water birds in an ever changing show of wildlife. Meet our free range chooks, friendly horses and inquisitive cows.

Downstream of the farm house the river is held back by a natural waterfall and weir providing a constant deep water level for kayaking and fishing. Our private jetty is directly accessible down stairs from the house. Explore in the two man canoe provided for guest use. Note: use of the canoe requires prior completion of the Canoe Agreement.

Please note that we do not accept dogs.

Delightful Farm Stay
This farm stay is a real gem. A beautiful character house that is tastefully decorated and feels like home. It has verandas all round and catches the breezes. The location is gorgeous. It is very peaceful and the back deck overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing and spotting the wildlife. We also found all the animals beautiful and friendly. This was a perfect get away to the country.

Hi, we are Sue and Jim. We share our time between our lovely Imbil Bridge Farm and jetty63noosa on the north shore of the Noosa River where our second guest house "driftaway" is located . Guests are welcome at both of our homes.

Why they chose this property

This property is truly unique. We are not aware of another proerty that combines a farm with a deep water frontage, a spectacularly located charming homestead, a private jetty, and all a short walk from the amenities of a lovely village. All this you have exclusively to yourself, family or friends.

What makes this property unique

You will love the homestead. It has a warm and cosy feel and seems to wrap itself around you. When you first enter and look through the glass doors to the river any stress you may be feeling just flows from your body. Children just have the best time and do not want to leave.
We know all this from the comments in our guest book.
