About this property

The Pavilion Brookvale House Balingup Hall

A beautiful pavilion with its own private garden, summer house and entry situated on an 120 year old property.

Surrounded by mature European trees this is an escape from the pressures of the city with magnificent valley views in all directions.

The extra good news is that this property is also pet friendly and your dog is very welcome. For small dogs, up to two dogs are welcome. Though this is negotiable - so if you have two large dogs, please contact us to discuss.

There is no extra charge for bringing your pet and they are allowed indoors at all times.

Rest and Relaxation

The only sounds you will hear are from birds in the property's gardens - blue wrens, magpies, western honey eaters and silver eyes just four of some 60 species.

Occasionally in summer you will hear the sounds of stone fruit being transported to market from the magnificent orchard alongside. It feels like Provence or Tuscany!

Stunning valley views

Floor to ceiling windows look down to the Balingup Brook bridge - from another, a majestic hill and valley falls away to the orchard.

The private bathroom big window looks out onto the summer house and secluded courtyard. As you take a bath you commune with nature.

Bonnie the Labrador will want to visit you if you wish. She is highly socialised and loves to have another dog around for a play date.

Very Pretty
Beautiful space, comfy bed and lovely spot. The place needed a good dust, the grout in the shower needed a good scrub and all the cobwebs inside removed. Apart from that a really nice stay. Appreciated the doggie fence.

Lovely cottage set in a delightful part of the countryside
Our host was most helpful & made us feel very welcome. The fact that we could take our dog was great, as not enough holiday accomadation is available for people travelling with the family pet. An area was made for her to sit in the sun & enjoy the garden. The decor in the cottage had a French flavour which was very interesting, it was all beautifully clean & the bed bed most comfortable.
