Location, location, location! This stunning Immaculate condo has been upgraded and is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort! This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom + loft/2 bathroom upgraded condos and has new paint, washer/dryer, internet, pool, hot tub, full kitchen (dishwasher, etc), wood burning fireplace and much more! Spectacular views of the mountains, terrain park, and Park City Resort are experienced from the living room and deck. The patio offers an amazing apres ski environment and the heated pool and 14 person hot tub are just icing on the cake for your Park City vacation. FREE WI-FI, hot tub, heated pool, washer/dryer.

This condo is the largest unit in the Snowcrest complex, boasting 1000 square feet, and is fully equipped for your vacation stay.

The downstairs master bedroom has a QUEEN log bed, mirrored wardrobe doors, minimum of 300 thread count sheets, down comforter and log furniture. There is a full bathroom downstairs off the hallway.

The kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully decorated in granite and comes with all appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc). The living room has an LED/LCD HD flat screen large TV, DVD player, NETFLIX, DVDs, wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and comfortable sofas with great views of Park City Mountain resort. There is also an expandable dinning table that seats up to 6 along with 3 spots with stools at the island bar.

A spiral staircase off the living room brings you upstairs to an inviting loft with two twin beds. There is another Queen bedroom and a loft along with a Full bathroom upstairs (bathroom is between the loft and private bedroom so no need to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the unit. A high end private HE WASHER & DRYER has been added for your convenience.

I also have another 2 bedroom + loft in the Snowcrest complex (850 square feet) which also may be available.

Please note: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR in this complex and both of my units are on the 3rd floor. If you are coming for a ski/snowboard/active vacation this certainly shouldn't be an issue for most but If climbing stairs is problematic for you or someone in your group, please do not rent in this complex. Also the pool and hot tub is closed in the off season between mid April - Memorial Day and mid September - mid November.

*NO MONTHLY RENTALS IN THE WINTER* ALSO, NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME IN THE CONDO/ON BALCONY/OR ON PREMISES. This is a *NON SMOKING* complex and smokers may be fined and immediately evicted without any refund.

When I originally bought my first condo (snowcrest 301), I was shocked by the lack of focus and care it received by a large rental company. I wanted a vacationer to fall in love with Park City and have an incredible experience and luxury lodging at a fair and reasonable price. The location is FANTASTIC and the views are amazing. There is no other place I know of that is so easy to get to and get around. I love having top floor condos with a loft, more space, and not having to have a car.

Views of Park City Mountain Resort, location, no need for a car, walk to Main Street (or hop on the free shuttle bus that comes every 7-10 minutes), pool, hot tub, fire place, warm, and inviting.

Comfortable Stay, Location, and amenites....

Stayed at the Snowcrest Condo with 4 guests. Location to the mountain was very good, and many supplies and essentials were supplied. Liked the loft were the kids could have their privacy. A little tight for luggage space, but overall it was fine. Fireplace and balcony with a view was a plus. Building is a bit worn, but this unit was updated. Nice hot tub on premises. Third floor walk up was not a big issue for us. Internet worked well. Despite six beds, would be a bit tight for more than four adults. Unit was clean and ready on time. Free bus route near condo was a plus. No need to rent a car. During our stay, building was quiet. Overall a nice unit, and would at least consider it again in Park City.

Great location and facilities

Very helpful property owner even before we arrived. Super location just across from the lifts, ski rental and bus stop. Pool and hot tub an extra bonus which the kids enjoyed even after a long day skiing. Accommodation very good for our family trip. Hope to come back again!

Spring Break

My wife often jokes that Convenience is a high priority for me. In this case, she was exactly right. The entire trip was easy and convenient. Loved the condo and the location. Close enough to walk to the lifts in ski boots with tired knees and ankles. Our family of 4 had an awesome time. Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved this condo! It was very clean and very close to everything. Kids could walk to and from the base of Park City. The bus stop was a 3 minute walk. We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic. Comfortable, close to Pay Day lift, beautiful view of mountain, our home away from home

We had a fantastic experience over the 5 days between Christmas and New Years at this condo unit. Great access to the mountain with an easy walk to Pay Day lift and a view of the entire mountain from our living room. Cozy fire and comfortable living room made the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely rent this unit again and would recommend this to any of my friends or family. I would sum it up as not a rental but a home away from home.
