Bayside Escape is perfect for anyone looking for a family getaway or a well deserved weekend away with friends. The house is an older style home with lots of character. We offer two night stays or long term stays all year long.
With amazing views of the bay, the foreshore is only 1.5km away.
Our 3BR, fully contained home, includes all linen and can accommodate up to 8 people upstairs and 2 people downstairs.
Enjoy relaxing on the comfy lounge taking in amazing views of the bay.
Open plan dining and fully equipped kitchen with electric stove/oven, microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 8-10 people.
To get these amazing views the house is located in the hills. In a quite street. Therefore you will need a car to get around....although the walk to the foreshore is lovely and only takes 10-15 min.
The house is 50 years old and has a lot of character and charm. We have continuously renovated and improved the property, as you can see from the photos. However as with old properties please set your expectations accordingly.
Please note we also have a security camera at the front of the property facing the driveway only for security purposes.

Central bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
Please note that there is no internal staircase access between the ground and first floor.
Access between the two is navigated via the external staircase which can be seen in the outside photos.
Downstairs accommodates an extra 2 people with a sofa bed, along with TV, table, shower and toilet.
Great for grandparents/parents retreat. Or just another family!

Laundry is downstairs with washing machine, sink and ample room for drying. Can be accessed via separate door as well.
The property has plenty of secure off street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

There are strictly no parties. No schoolies, bucks or hens parties.
The whole house will be accessible during your stay. Along with Internet access, Netflix and other Smart TV services. You will need your own login for these services.
The driveway is quite long and steep. Please be careful driving up the driveway.
Our neighbours are amazing and are always friendly to our guests. Please respect the relationship we have with them and keep all noise to a minimum.
We do have professional cleaners who prepare the house for your stay ensuring you and your guests have fresh linen and that the house is tidy and ready for your holiday. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
Strictly no additional guests to stay at the property. Further costs will be incurred (from the bond) should we find that there have been additional guests stay (that are not accounted for in the booking).
