Bobbie's Beach House Narrawallee has panoramic ocean-over rooftop views, in the highly sought after, quiet Booth Avenue. It offers very easy access to the South End of Narrawallee Beach, just a short walk away.

Freshly and stylishly renovated, the defining characteristic is easy beachside living.

The layout has four queen bedrooms, perfect for four couples, or a family visit. Two bedrooms have ensuites. All beds are fitted out with linen sheets, and Sheridan towels are provided.

There is so much to do on the South Coast and the quiet suburb of Narrawallee is just perfect for a weekend, whether it is accessing some of the area's activities or lying back for some R&R.

Close to Bannisters, Mollymook & Milton shops, the conveniences of Ulladulla, yet so very far away from any worry in the World!

At Bobbie's Beach House you have full access to the entire house and garden. Upstairs is recently refurbished with a tribal/tropical fusion theme and has beautiful water views from all the living areas and master bedroom.

Downstairs has three more bedrooms, one with ensuite. All beds are made up with linen sheets. There is a separate living/games room.

During your stay you have the house to yourself, but we are merely a phone call away for any questions that arise or support you may need.

Booth Avenue has some permanent residents who enjoy their privacy and quiet. Please respect social hours and limit loud noise and music. The house is only for the use of the booked guests, not for parties or other purposes.

Narrawallee is a very quiet beach suburb off the beaten track as it has a no through road. The beach conditions are perfect for families and gentle surf on the South end and for surfing on the North end.

Narrawallee is on the South Coast of NSW, 3.5 hours South of Sydney, 2 hours from Wollongong, 4 hours from Canberra.
Nearby towns are Ulladulla, Mollymook Beach and historic Milton.

Bobbies is the Best

A fabulous well equipped house for our adult family of 8. Extra touches are appreciated. Walk to the beach for swims and walks, or stay at Bobbies for a great view and comfy setting.

Christmas break

We enjoyed our break at Bobbys Beach house. The house was roomy and gave everyone privacy when they wanted it. The games room got a good workout. Just one little detail, maybe leave instructions for the stove if guests are not familiar with gas cooking. Many thanks very enjoyable break.

Beautiful property and perfectly located

Our stay at Bobbies Beach house was perfect. The house has everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday with the family. The kitchen, in particular, is excellently equipped and helps you feel like this is a home from home. We’d highly recommend this house for anyone thinking of holidaying in Narrawallee.

Great get-away in beautiful place

We all loved our stay at Bobbies. The view was even better than it looked online, and the location with easy access to a lovely beach was great. We like to eat/cook, so liked the well appointed kitchen, plus we appreciated that there were good supplies of things like paper towels, loo rolls etc. The layout of the house suited a large group, with plenty of room for us all to spread out. All in all, a fantastic few days.

Love to travel but home is my sanctuary, I live between two stunning homes, on the beach at Narrawallee and in the bush in Kangaroo Valley; both feed my soul.
My animals are never far from my feet. I have a literal menagerie: River the mastiff dog; Sheba the cat; Polly, Imogen and Zeus the alpacas; Rajiv and Mallie the peacock and peahen ; and my hens Josephine, Franca, Henrietta, Alexandra, Maxine and Chrissy. Not to mention all the native animals with whom we share the space. My work as a registered nurse feeds my enthusiasm about equality and accessibility to public health. I spend my time gardening, reading, knitting and I have a penchant for English crime dramas on the ABC, George Gently especially!

Why they chose this property

Bobbie's Beach House was originally bought by my mother Barbara, known as Grandma Bobbie to her 13 grandchildren and now her 2 great-grandchildren. We've enjoyed years of family gatherings in this house and now share it with others for their memorable holidays and gatherings. Originally built in the 70s, it has undergone several changes and updates in the years, most recently refurbished in 2016-17.
