Bring your bathers and your beach towels, we are directly above Little beach. This is pure waterfront views, uninterrupted and wonderful. Step out the front door and take a short scenic walk on a private path through coastal grasses down onto Little Beach - an almost exclusively private beach.
It is a spectacular 15 minute stroll to the main Surf Club and the sweeping Forster Beach (also known as The Main Beach) which is patrolled weekends and peak school holidays.

You will have EXCLUSIVE use of the house - for the guests nominated on your booking request - the housekeeper will set up for number of bedrooms and bathrooms specified in your booking request. There is a "no drop" in policy. Additional guests - booking fee needs to be adjusted.

Configuration for the entire house is 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms
bedding configuration is - 2 queen beds and 1 king which can be two king singles on request. Strict maximum of 5 guests when booked at capacity. (please note while it is 3 BR and 3 Bth - at maximum of 5 guests the house is very comfortable)

Accessibility. The living area is on one level connected by four stairs to mezzanine level with the bedrooms.

The View is a non smoking beach house.
All bookings are only for the number of guests nominated by you at the time of booking
School holidays are a fixed weekly rate.

Minimum stays start from 4 nights.
School Holidays are minimum 7 night stays.
May be negotiable for last minute bookings.

The View is on an ocean frontage reserve. There are no fences.
The house is walking distance to a dog friendly beach - where dogs are permitted off leash. The View has a secure paved courtyard - and is on a nature reserve on the waterfront - no other enclosed fenced areas.

SCOTTS HEAD ....
Scotts Head is a tranquil small beach town about 480 km north of Sydney or 484km south of Brisbane. Its famous largely for its three protected beaches - the spectacular length of Main beach, quality surf on the point break and a lay back feel and divine restful tranquility. Leave the freeway and drive 10 minutes through rolling farmland. Scotts Head abuts national parks, and spectacular mountain rainforest within 10 minutes drive.
The nearest main hub is Macksville (hospital and major supermarkets) then 74km to Coffs Harbour - 107 km to Port Macquarie. Superb day trips to Dorrigo, Waterfall Way, and Bellingen.

Great surfing on the point break. A very good swimming beach with a protected cove - spreading out to a superb breaks for body surfing.

Beach and rock fishing are abundant with whiting, bream, snapper and GemFish - as well as occasional surprises...

Please note:
This is a premium, private beach house for individual friends and family holidays, rest and recuperation. It is not available as a function venue. Strictly no events, film shoots, parties or functions. No Schoolies. The maximum number of guests is 5.
