About this property

This house is ideal for family getaways. Neat as a pin with retro features and a warm, welcoming feel. This beach house is an easy walk (only 450m) to the beautiful Safety Beach, local café, chemist, pizza shop, boat ramp & Yacht Club. The Marina is at the end of the street.

The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Suited to 1 or 2 families, accommodating up to 8 guests, maximum 6 adults.

Other features include split system A/C, ceiling fans, gas heater, large flat screen wall mounted TV and sound bar, blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, comfortable leather lounge suite. It has a well appointed kitchen with a DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, microwave, fridge, electric oven/stove, breakfast bench and dining table, porta cot and high chair, and upright fans.

Outside is a large grassed backyard, fully fenced with lockable gates, large carport/outdoor undercover area, outdoor room with large modular lounge suite with recliner chairs, stereo, TV and video player, table tennis, gas bbq, outdoor table and chairs, and more seating. Off-street parking for 4-6 cars, boat, jet skis etc.

All bed linen, bath towels and bathmats, doonas, pillows, and tea towels are provided.

There is a three night minimum for long weekend bookings. And during the summer season a minimum of 5 nights is required.

Clean, convenient, perfect!

Bryson House was extremely clean, comfortable and conveniently located in Safety Beach. It’s a lovely quiet street with Martha Cove very close by. You can take your bike or go for a walk through the cove... and best of all, it’s walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. The home was fully equipped with all amenities and the children LOVED the swings and games room at the back. We often enjoyed a family BBQ under cover in the huge, neat back yard. It was great having a cabinet full of board games which got the family together each night for a good laugh.... (and away from mobile phones!) It felt like our own home during our stay at Bryson House. We’ll definitely be back. We all can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful experience. Dani.

Holiday Stay at Bryson House

Overall happy with the accommodation very handy to the beach. The only issue being the cleaners used for cleaning the house are not doing a great job of cleaning floors lots of dust in the rooms and cobwebs.

Great family holiday spot!

We really enjoyed staying at Bryson House. The house itself (living area, etc) was spacious and there were plenty of sleeping arrangements which suited us as two families together (2 adults, 1 toddler, 2 kids). It was not too far from the beach and some shops, and a short drive from bigger shopping areas. The kids were beside themselves at having swings etc in the backyard, and we loved having an enclosed yard they could go to even if we were busy inside. The older kids (9 and nearly 8) were even more amazed to see the 'games room'! We didn't make use of the games room much but the potential value during inclement weather or with older kids was very obvious! Overall, the house was clean, well equipped and comfortable and we are planning future visits.
