Entries and exits may be monitored by Cctv. We do have a monitored security and neighbors who will inform us of any unacceptable activity.
Pet's on application, always subject to owners consent, add $10 surcharge per day. (only partially covers our extra overheads to make this pet friendly and reinstate for incoming non pet owning guests which we do to 100%) Please note, clean up after your pets, if not fees apply.

It is in a family suburb so No noise after 9pm no check in's after 8pm.

This is a Strictly Non smoking inside this home!! Smoking is only permitted outside away from the house.
Christmas and New Year bookings are not firm without the owners approval we have a minimum of 6 or 7 nights available over the 2 weeks at Christmas and New Year we do not accept gaps in bookings over this period so check our calendar for availability first, and please message us first to check your dates fit into this policy. No Weekly/Monthly discounts over Christmas, New Year. If you have specific dates you would like to discuss with us message us through home away first.
Please make sure you have read our full terms and conditions prior to paying for your booking, we do not accept guests who do not agree with our TC's. The property is in a residential suburb, it is generally quiet, we do not however have control over any activities that may take place from time to time on neighboring properties whether from residents or other activities. For a short period of time there is the possibility of some building noise in the area, this has been incredibly tame and very intermittent, it usually ends between 2pm and 3 pm, so 95% of our guests haven't been aware of it. By all means contact the host if you want further information.
