Comfortable and convenient
Well located and comfortable ground floor flat. Ideal for visitors from the country or people such as us needing to vacate their own property due to renovations being carried out.

A good stay
We had some issues when we arrived; - bedroom light not working - pots, pans, crockery dirty or damaged - general cleanliness not great Paul (the owner) was very responsive and addressed the issues immediately. Light was fixed and brand new kitchenware supplied which improved the stay. There are a few things that are outside of Paul’s control worth noting; - walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear your neighbours more than normal - communal laundry is filthy, we used the laundromat down the road - our screen door didn’t lock and couldn’t be fixed In saying this, we stayed here for 7 weeks total, extending our stay beyond the initial 4 week booking. When you factor in the price relative to other short term properties, it’s a good stay. We would stay here again.

Walking distance to amenities. Quiet and well appointed. Only two negatives, the couch was badly stained and the lights in the bedroom took a while to turn on.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage
Das Apartment bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche mit allen nötigen Kochutensilien und Gasherd. Ein Parkplatz sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist geschmackvoll, wenngleich die Möbel nicht allzu neu sind. Die Lage ist ideal, innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, etc.. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat reibungslos funktioniert, er hat auf Fragen oder Wünsche immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Checkin- und Checkout haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Geschirr und Besteck waren nicht ganz einwandfrei sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer. War insgesamt aber okay und nicht allzu schlimm. Das Apartment war ausserdem relativ ringhörig. Alles in Allem hat mir der Aufenthalt aber gefallen und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.
