Spacious, beautiful and unique. It has an open concept with a quiet separation if desired. Beautiful artwork and old books available to enjoy. Enclosed courtyard with green grass and big oak trees. Property backs up to the neighbors corrals for walk up petting enjoyment of the horses. Great for family reunions, kids and pet owners. Near many restaurants for cultural enjoyment. Perfect location for weddings and receptions.

Unbelievable, charming

We loved the character and history of the home. Horses next door which our kids watched. The rooms have charm and there is plenty to do for fun, including movies, pool table, shuffle board. There's lots of space to hang out.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at the large dining table and it felt special. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were able to use the dishwasher and laundry for convenience. The property was clean and the owner's were great to us as well.

Espanola is close to Santa Fe and provided a good starting point to go to Taos where we went skiing. Skiing in Taos was awesome and there are great restaurants in Santa Fe - which is 15 minutes away. It was quiet and we felt safe. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Beautiful historic home. Large enough to sleep 10. Had a great time and would recommend it for larger gatherings. I intend on renting it again on my travels.
