Beautiful setting close to the Tennessee RiverPlace where our daughter got married. We enjoyed spending time with our family and friends in these fantastic houses.
Perfect for family of sixteen. Enjoyed fishing the river, birds, farm animals. Close enough to the city & all it offers. Will recommend to friends.
Wonderful property. Wonderful time. Wish there were dishwasher instead of trash compactor!
This was the perfect place for my side of the family to celebrate Christmas. My Dad died in May this year , and we just couldn't go to the house for Christmas. The Tennessee River Place was perfect . The scenery was beautiful. The house big enough for 10 adults and 3 kids with a common area that we all could enjoy. The house had everything ( well except a dishwasher) that we needed. We had a little trouble making everyone happy with the temperatures, but no big deal. And a big thank you to Vio Little for decorating the house for Christmas for us. It was a great weekend. When the eagle made an appearance we were all over the top excited. We even used the fire pit with the cold temperatures. Everyone was relaxed and had a great time. It was secluded , but close enough to Chattanooga to cater a big meal or run an errand. We are all hoping to return next year.
We stayed on the property for three nights in order to be close to the venue for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The house was clean and had adequate sheets, towels, dishes, etc. for all of us to eat, sleep, and live comfortably. The only negative part about our stay would be that we didn't stay longer. Thank you for an amazing experience!
