Rocky Tops is a large family home set on acreage in the historic township of Dalgety with amazing rural, river and mountain views. It overlooks the famous Snowy River and is a great family venue for visiting Kosciusko National Park . It has the quiet appeal of small country town without the hustle and bustle of Jindabyne but still only 50 minutes drive to the ski fields of Thredbo and Perisher.
Rocky Tops is clean, cozy and comfortable and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is ideal for large families wanting a peaceful getaway all year round. It is a 2 storey residence and comprises of 4 bedrooms.
FIRST FLOOR has kitchen, dining, living room, main bathroom, laundry and second toilet.
Bedroom one has 1 queen bed, bedroom two has 1 double and 2 single beds.
SECOND FLOOR, third bedroom (loft style) has 1 queen bed and 1 king single bed. Bedroom four has 1 king size bed and 1 king single bed with an ensuite.
All beds are comfy and clean with mattress protectors, pillows and plenty of blankets and donnas. Linen is supplied.
Fabulous fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning located in the living, dining area - that is warm, cozy and heats the whole house. Firewood supplied.
The kitchen hosts most mod-cons. Including dishwasher, kitchen appliances and essential cooking needs. There is a BBQ located just outside the kitchen and a comfortable outdoor setting. Outside fireplace for watching those evening sunsets over the mountains.
Washing machine, dryer and toilet located in laundry.
Parking is not a problem at Rocky Tops, there is plenty of area.
The township of Dalgety offers an historic feel to the Snowy Mountains. The local Buckley's Crossing Hotel, approximately seven minute walk is worthy of a visit to capture some of Australia's heritage. Meals are available most evenings and children are welcome.

The Snowy Mountains offers NSW best ski fields during winter and attracts visitors from all over Australia.In summer visitors can enjoy trout fishing and boating in Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy River along with mountain bike riding and hiking in Kosciusko National Park .
