Good position and a lovely view

The property is on the second floor in a good quiet location overlooking the river within walking distance to Gympie Terrace, Hastings Street, and only 2 minutes walk to Quamby Place where there are four top restaurants, a fish and chip shop, milk bar and other services The bathroom is excellent with a walk in shower and double sinks. As well as the toilet in the bathroom there is a separate Powder Room. The other bedroom has two single beds with an adjoining small sitting room which overlooks Noosa Parade which we didn't use. Although the unit does not have a car park and if the visitor's spaces (2) were taken we had no trouble parking in the street. Unit has ceiling fans.
