Great view, great pool.

A short drive to Kiama, also has IGA around the corner, safe place for a family.lots of individual areas to chill with my Netflix 😉. Good BBQ, kitchen works well with gas lots of utensils. Oven needs upgrade though works well. fridges which helped with drinks. New air con, nice art deco.

Summer Kiama Downs

The house is very well laid out and works really well for extended families with the two living spaces. The pool was a great extra and was used everyday even though the beach was a few minutes away. The great attraction of the house was the view over the river up to the escarpment which gives the house a lovely tranquil feel. There is lots to do in the area and a very good coffee shop near by. We would happily rent the property again.
