Situated on the edge of Zone 1, close to two Tube stations and with frequent buses to Waterloo, Westminster and beyond, it is the perfect base for a vacation exploring London.

Both Tube stations are a 10-minute walk away, or take the bus and be at Tate Britain, Big Ben, or Westminster Abbey in 10-15 minutes!

The house is situated in a safe, quiet, residential street and with space to spread out and relax (a scarce commodity in most London holiday apartments) it is perfect for families, couples, or larger groups. On quiet nights you can even hear Big Ben strike and the River Thames is just a short walk away.

The new American Embassy is being built nearby, very close to the impressive MI6 building.

Please note that this is a traditional British semi-detatched house, not an apartment. You occupy the whole house, so no noisy neighbours above, or below!

There is a very large Supermarket (which is open until 11.00pm every night) just 5-minutes away, plus cafés, delis and restaurants, all within easy reach. There are also two gyms nearby to work off the calories.

The property has recently been totally refurbished and is supplied with everything you'll need to make your stay stress free and comfortable and cut down on your luggage.

There is a small, but fully-loaded kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Upstairs, are two large bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and remote-controlled ceiling fans, a smaller bedroom with full sized bunk-bed and a family bathroom with bath tub and power shower.

Downstairs there is a shower room, a lounge with double sofa bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV and a dining room (seats 8) leading out to a patio garden.

Baby cots and inflatable beds can also be supplied on request. The house is centrally-heated and double-glazed.

Linens, towels, bathrobes and 2 hairdriers are supplied.

The house sleeps 8 adults (in beds/sofabed, plus we can provide 2 extra cots for infants)

For relaxing at night, a selection of DVDs and Xbox 360 games are available (please ask, as we like to offer age appropriate films and Xbox games), as well as books and games.

Free Wi-Fi is available. Also supplied are two pay-as-you-go phones for you to use during your stay.

Some basic food stuffs to get you started are included, such as tea, coffee (instant, decaff and filter), milk, bread, eggs, butter, cooking oil, olive oil and condiments.

If you would like us to have your own shopping ready for you when you arrive we can arrange that for a small fee of £10, or you can order it online and have it delivered and we will put perishables in the fridge.

If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will do our best.

Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m.

If you are arriving early, we can look after your luggage until check in time, so you can fit in some sightseeing.

We try to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure times.

There is a total no smoking policy in the house, but guests may smoke in the garden.

Daily Parking Permits can be arranged, the current cost is £5 per day.

We are nearby, so always on call for any queries.

Home Away From Home

Our family enjoyed this adorable home. We had 5 adults that fit comfortably here. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms clean and comfortable beds. The owners met us at the home and provided us with a wealth of great visitor information. They provided us with public transit cards we could add money to, told us where to catch the buses and which lines to take. The home is within a few minutes walking distance to bus stops, grocery stores and delicious restaurants. We can't wait to return!

Fantastic!!!

We loved this "home away from home", it was perfect for our family of 5! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The location of this home is super convenient. It is just a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, the bus and the tube. Parliament Square is a 10 minute bus ride.

Jeff and Bev are lovely and the perfect hosts. They greeted us when we arrived, walked us through the house and showed us how everything worked. They have literally provide you with everything you could you could possibly need! There is a fantastic resource binder prepared so you have all the information you need at your fingertips. They also have a library of tour books, flyers and maps to help you get the most out of your trip. But don't forget to use the best resource, Jeff and Bev!! They shared with us some of the history of the neighborhood, gave us tips on using the bus and helped us arrange airport transportation.

We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful home in great location

We stayed at this home in March 2018 as a family of five over our Spring Break holiday. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Bev & Jeff were incredibly helpful from the time of booking all the way through our stay and went out of their way to accommodate us. The house itself is beautifully kept and with three bedrooms (one with bunk beds,) two bathrooms with a shower and/or tub, a fully stocked kitchen and a very comfortable sitting area, there was plenty of room for all of us! The location was central to town, with bus stops within a five minute walk and tube stops ten or fifteen minutes either way. The neighborhood was great, with a Sainsbury five minutes away and lots of fun little restaurants within walking distance as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would definitely return in the future!

Wonderful!!!

First of all, Jeff and Bev are amazing! They live right next door and met us when we arrived and even had food in the fridge for us. They have thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing. We had 6 of us (3 adults and 3 kids) staying at the house and we had more than enough room. There's an X-Box (which my 10 year old loved), games, books , coffee, tea and the list goes on. It was the perfect spot to get to the Tube and buses (Jeff and Bev even had Oyster cards for all of us!) I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting London. It was a fantastic place to stay and again, the owners Jeff and Bev are amazing people!

Perfect trip for a family

Nous sommes resté 4 nuits dans la charmante maison de Jeff et Bev pour le Nouvel An 2018.

Maison située dans une rue calme, décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Tout est prévu dans la maison pour que le séjour soit agréable: 1er petit-déjeuner dans le frigo, produits de 1ères nécessité, plein d'informations sur Londres (y compris les menus des restaurants qui livrent à domicile). Tout était très propre. Jef et Bev sont disponibles pour vous aider. Petit magasin très pratique à 200m ouvert tôt et tard. Bus à 200m pour rejoindre le centre de Londres en moins de 15minutes.

Nous étions 5 et nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner l'année prochaine à 10 (4 adultes et 6 enfants).

Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.
