All rubbish and foodstuffs are to be removed upon check-out. Additional costs maybe incurred if additional cleaning is required, or security deposit forfeited.
Please note that this property has a NO-PARTY policy. It is strictly limited to 2 adults per stay, and guests maybe asked to vacate immediately if in breach of these rules. The property is also non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Unfortunately guests are not to bring surfboards or bicycles into lifts or the apartment itself - per strata by-laws.
SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please note that a $450 refundable security deposit is charged separately per stay. This is refunded directly to guests within 2-3 business days after checkout. The security deposit must be paid, prior to guests receiving check-in information. Thank you.
KEY PICK UP. Please also note that this property has key pick-up located in Hamilton (NSW), near Broadmeadow Train Station for guests traveling via public transport, or an easy drive for those traveling by car (just collect before you drive to Newcastle East). Key pick up is available 24/7.
