Beautiful Setting, Cozy House, Seamless rental

  • 5 of 5

Had a great stay and really enjoyed the place. Owner was easy to work with and fast to respond to communication. Brought our 3 dogs, they had plenty of room to run around outside, and the old wood floors made it super pet friendly to clean up after them. Fireplace was a hit, and the beds were comfortable. Main floor was all open concept so very nice for spending time with family, especially the large dining table. The view was amazing from the picture window! Loved having 2 bathrooms, which was really perfect for 4 guests. Would definitely return!

Peaceful retreat...

  • 5 of 5

This was our second visit to Donna's cottage. We had the pleasure of watching a family of turkeys grazing in the field.

Great spot that's perfect if you want to disconnect and relax!

Much needed rest in idyllic setting

  • 5 of 5

We've stayed here before and love it. Donna let us bring our little cat with us and she loved sitting in the window and watching the birds-- catbird, goldfinch, wrens. (I should mention the cat was sick before we left and we almost could not go and had to inquire about the cancellation policy-- Donna was entirely understanding and a true stand-up human being!) We stayed for a week and would have loved to stay for one more! Note: The plot next door has been sold and a house is being built there, so some noise from machinery wafted through the trees; it did not trouble us too much but someone who is noise averse might want to find out where that project stands. We intend to return ASAP! Thank you, Donna!
