BY THE SEA - Family Appeal

By The Sea is pet friendly private beach house that is situated in the beautiful New Brighton across the road from beach.

The property is fully fenced and the land is half an acre in size.

The house consists of four bedrooms and a combined kitchen living area and wooden floors throughout. Good size decks on the east and north sides of the house with an outdoor setting; a great spot for the family to have a relaxing beach holiday.

Kitchen has all the modern conveniences; Microwave, dishwasher, gas cooking. Laundry; washing machine, dryer.

There is an outside shower to rinse off after being at the beach.
