Please note all guests need to be included as part of your booking - we have a strict no visitors / no party policy, so only those registered guests permitted on site at any time & linens will be provided specifically for those included on booking (ie: 4 guests would be 2 queen beds) - additional fees apply for extra guests

Your Ocean front Luxury Villa is within walking distance of the grand prix circuit, Opposite the islands most popular surf beach, Smiths and a stones throw from YCW beach. Close to restaurants, nature reserve, parks and the added bonus of views views and more views of Pyramid Rock and Smiths Beach.

This 5 bedroom, 2 .5 bathroom home is designed for entertaining and the beach life.....

Soaring ceilings in main lounge room infuse the space with an airy lightness while front and rear decks afford excellent vantage points for watching the ever-changing sunset or the cows grazing on the nearby rural properties.

Beachwood Luxury Villa offers the perfect indoor outdoor living experience with an exec well equipped kitchen [dishwasher & BOSCH appliances} and plenty of room to relax the sliding doors and have a BBQ, wine or beer on the a balcony, listen to the ocean and feel the sea breeze....

Downstairs , an additional lounge area and large screen TV ensure that your group has privacy in 2 living & entertaining zones.

BATHROOMS - the house has 2 indoor showers & 2 toilets, perfect for families as well as an outdoor shower for dusting off that Smiths Beach Sand.
