Our Studio Apartment is situated on Merimbula Lake and comes with it's own private jetty.

Close to the charming seaside town. Merimbula has a great climate, pristine beaches and abundant natural beauty. It is an ideal location for your next holiday.

This downstairs Studio Apartment captures everything you are searching for in Merimbula for a comfortable stay.

A very short five minute, level stroll to coffee shops, restaurants and retail outlets. Merimbula has an amazing array of good restaurants to suit all tastes. Don't miss out on award winning locally grown oysters and mussels.

It is one of the best locations to stay in Merimbula.

Beaches are also very accessible and within walking distance so you can leave the car at home. Merimbula boardwalk hugs the lake and is also a popular walk with a coffee shop along the way.

Beautiful views across the lake to the mountains and enjoy sunsets and the town lights.

Contemporary beach house style in a beautiful setting. This makes for a relaxing and amazing retreat.

Refrigerator, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Toaster and BBQ facilities are available for outside cooking.

The private Jetty is ideal for fishing , swimming or just sitting back and enjoying the view. Bring your boat as you can tie your boat to the Jetty instead of launching each day. We have off street parking for your boat trailer as well.

You have the opportunity to use our bikes for the vast bike paths available in the local area along with SUP Boards and a Kayak to explore the Merimbula Lake water system at no extra charge. The calm waters of the lake afford all kinds of water sports.

l live upstairs, but your apartment is totally separate. l am happy to offer local advice to guests if required as l have lived in Merimbula for over 30 years.

Great Spot to Soak in the View

Ideal location with the water lapping at your doorstep and all the local Shops and Cafes within an easy stroll. A very relaxing stay in a well maintained and clean property with a host that was responsive and keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect lakeside location for short stay

Beautiful lakeside views. Well presented studio with comfy bed and enough facilities for our short stay. Hosts were lovely, with great communication. We loved being able to walk a few steps to the water to use the paddleboards provided, and the easy stroll to cafes and shops.

Doesn't get much better!

Could not have asked for more. Walk to town, private jetty within steps of the door, excellent host and lots to do and see nearby. Will definitely be back!

Bike riding on many of the bike tracks in the area and finding great local coffee shops along the way is something that myself and many of the locals enjoy doing.
