Our Escape at Rye - Modern Beachouse (free WiFi)

Enjoy a relaxing holiday retreat in a modern beach-house nestled in a quiet street only 10 minutes’ walk from our favourite Rye beach – Tyrone Foreshore. This architecturally designed house has 3 levels and caters for large family groups with ease. Parents love the quiet lounge retreat on the top floor with private balcony in the tree-tops while the children like the large and secure backyard with swings and playground, nestled in the trees.

The house easily accommodates 12 guests across 4 generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 (upper level) one queen bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 (middle level) one bunk bed and one single bed, sleeps 3
Bedroom 3 (lower level) on one queen bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 4 (lower level) on one queen bed, and one single bed, sleeps 3
Parents Retreat (upper level) one day bed, single or extends to queen, sleeps 2

The house is fully self contained with a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, outdoor dining area with large BBQ. Air-conditioning is available in every bedroom, and ducted heating for year round comfort. Linen is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee. Towels are available, but if used, we ask guests to self-launder.

Families will enjoy the space and relaxation of a fully contained house:

Great Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our family getaway, plenty of space for everyone. The house was well equipped with everything we may of needed. Andrew was great to deal with and quick to respond.

Relaxing get-away - Very roomy place - lots of space

Our stay was relaxing, a much need break and to be near the sea, just perfect- All bedrooms are very large - top level has enormous bedroom with stairs up to lop level - perfectly sunny spot to relax - Well recommended.

The property was so spacious, lounge up stairs and down, bathroon on each level, well equipt kitchen and soooo quiet. Far enough back from main road and so close to ocean and bay beaches. I will be back. :)

A week in Rye

Large property with all ,a family such as ours , needs. It’s a challenge for those with mobility issues as the property is built on a slope and internally there are several stairs involved, otherwise all good.
