About this property

21 Gothic Parade is situated just 550m from the stunning Currimundi Lake. There are two bedrooms with ceiling fans, one with a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a modern laundry with washer and dryer, and kitchen with a dishwasher.

The lounge/dining area has air-conditioning to keep you cool in the warmer months, and a five seater couch and two comfortable chairs. The property also has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Children’s playground, BBQs and picnic tables are out the front, and overlooking the lake’s entrance is a coffee shop and café.

There are plenty of walking and bike riding pathways around the lake and surrounding areas. Walk along the two kilometre stretch of sand to Dicky Beach and return via the walking trail surrounded by coastal heath, Banksias, Acacias, Melaleucas, and many more. Watch the Black Cockatoos feeding in season. Bring a canoe or kayak and explore the canoe trail. Stand up paddle boards are for hire at the local coffee shop also.

There are many restaurants nearby at Currimundi, Wurtulla and Bokarina, as well as Woolworths, IGA and takeaway stores. There is a brand new large shopping centre at Bokarina not far from the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Caloundra central business district and shops are just a few kilometers to the south being approximately 10 minutes’ drive away.

Currimundi Lake offers holiday makers a multitude of activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking and so much more, being a great family-friendly spot.

Please only use the driveway for parking. Parking underneath the carport on the tiled area is not permitted due to the type of tiles that have been laid. The chairs and BBQ are not to be moved from that area.

Close to dog beach and walking track. Living area air conditioned but on humid nights would be good if bedroom was air conditioned too.

Blessing from God

We have had 3 years of drought 2019 was the worst drought ever. The 4 nights we stayed was heaven I wish we could have stayed for 7 nights. Maybe next time.

For the price I would never stay there again

For the price I would never stay there again. For starters the place has a carport that you can't use. I had a boat in which I had to pay storage as both my car and boat wouldn't all fit. When I did have my boat there my car stuck out onto the foot path. The photo you have looks like you can have enough space to have a car and boat parked beside each other. You need to have in the add highlighted that the carport is not to be used for parking. As for the price I had another house the other side of the lake one month before which was alot less money. This property had 3 bedrooms, double carport, pool and a better yard for the dogs. Also the house is right near a speed bump so you are hearing all the cars slow down and speed up as well as the rattling as they go over the hump. The house was nice and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I just think that it wasn't worth the money I paid.
