Private Tropical Paradise - PETS WELCOME! This resort style house has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Total privacy, open plan, TVs galore & all with Foxtel. Games room (kids X-box haven).

Ensuite master bedroom with king bed, all other bedrooms have queen size but extra beds can be obtained. Second bathroom with bath & separate toilet, 2 lounge areas to hang out either outdoors or indoors watching a movie, playing a game or reading a book.

Newly renovated bathrooms & floors throughout.

Brand new installation ducted air conditioning in every room.

Fully equipped new kitchen with latest Asko appliances.

Stunning Bali inspired pool area. Outdoor deck with sun loungers to soak up the rays & read a book or watch the kids in the pool. You can also open the kitchen bi-folds to see the kids in the pool whilst creating your gourmet meals. (very comforting).

It is a 30 minute drive to Dream world, Wet 'N' Wild, Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Currumbin Wild Life Sanctuary, Shopping at Harbour Town Outlet, Robina Centre or the newly renovated Pacific Fair (high end shopping).

It is 2 minutes drive to the Botanical Gardens, 6 minutes walk to the nearest Shopping Centre & local restaurants & 4km to Surfers Paradise.

It is 5 mins to Pindara Private Hospital, Gold Coast Turf Club, delicious coffee shops ,''The Royal Pines Golf Resort '' for the golfers and even an ice Ice Rink (open all year round) nearby.

Jen the host was absolutely accommodating and friendly and my family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Its a very well equipped property from everything you can possibly need and more. Highly recommended will book again when i go to the Gold Coast

Great family holiday house

We had a great time at this house it had everything we needed and the location was so central to beaches, theme parks & local shops & restaurants! The outdoor deck and pool got a workout every day!

AMAZING!!

I can't even begin to explain how beautiful this house is! From the very beginning Jen was so welcoming!! The house is so homely, you feel welcomed the second you walk in! Not to mention how beautiful the house is 😍 the outdoor area is stunning, the kitchen is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the beds feel as though you're sleeping on clouds. It is close to absolutely everything, it is in a beautiful quiet street. Perfect location!!! Could not fault one aspect of this beautiful home!. A massive thank you again to the beautiful hosts ☺️

Fabulous location and fur baby heaven

We loved our stay. Close to everything, quiet and so nice to be able to have our daughter and her pups welcomed. Easy walk to lovely takeaway or eat in. Outdoor area and pool meant we could relax and be a family. Thanks

Superb property in a great location

The property is extremely well equipped - great modern kitchen, digital TV, air conditioning and an amazing pool. Jenn and Scott were great hosts and the house is located on a beautiful tree lined street close to beaches, restaurants and the Pacific Fair shopping centre.
