House of 02 rooms (1 en suite) plus mezzanine (3 bedrooms in all), with all infrastructure (new mattresses, fans in all rooms, TV in room and suite, TV on the mezzanine, microwave, coffee maker, grill, hammock on balcony, etc.

The condominium is right next to the beach of Manguinhos and has all the infra structure available (barbecues, adult and children's pools, tennis court with lighting, multipurpose court, two spots car, sauna and steam room, 01 game room with table ping-pong, soccer and snooker, a lounge with official pool table, playground with children's toys and landscaping (gardens) gorgeous.

Ano Novo 2020/21

O proprietário André é muito solicito e sempre nos respondeu com bastante presteza e educação mas temos algumas observações: - O anuncio diz que aceita pets mas, como se trata de condomínio fechado onde os animais só podem circular na área do estacionamento e a casa não tem quintal privado, os cachorros tiveram que ficar presos dentro de casa (3 shitzu) . -Os cachorros do vizinho latiam e os nossos respondiam (dentro de casa e durante o dia, após as 10:30) e então nos pediram para deixar os cachorros trancados no quarto. Não fizemos pois os latidos foram em resposta aos latidos do vizinho, cujos cachorros podiam latir. -A casa está mal conservada. Gavetas e janelas estão emperradas e os colchoes do quarto do térreo estão bem gastos e tivemos que compensar usando alguns colchonetes para atenuar. -Notamos que o condomínio e seus funcionários guardam algum preconceito com relação a quem não é proprietário. Apesar disso, a casa nos alojou com algum conforto e desfrutamos a viagem.

FERIADÃO TIRADENTES PERFEITO

Em primeiro lugar gostaria de agradecer ao André, pessoa educada e atenciosa que ajuda a conduzir a negociação de forma organizada e segura na base da confiança. Quanto a estada na casa podemos dizer que foi perfeita. A casa é espaçosa, limpa, muito arejada e tem tudo, parecendo que estávamos na nossa própria casa. O condomínio é maravilhoso nota 10, muito arborizado,sempre fresquinho,ótima piscina, quadra polivalente reformada(pode usar a noite tb),sala jogos em perfeito estado, e um restaurante com ótima comida caseira. Show de bola, André !!! Quando voltarmos a Búzios seja em feriado ou férias, daremos preferência a sua casa. Muito obrigado , Alessandra e Márcio.
