This is a ranch style home with all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room & dining room on one level. The kitchen is loaded with appliances and cookware. The long private driveway & detached garage makes parking a breeze and the deck overlooking the back yard is great for entertaining or relaxing. The washer and dryer are accessible for all guests and there's a flat screen wall mounted TV in the living room. In addition to the 2 beds & sleeper sofa; there is a blow up mattress available that can be placed in living room.
Please read the house rules. If a house rule is not followed (especially the first two) you will be subject to a minimum charge of $150 per occurrence. Also, if the correct number of guests are not reflected in your reservation requests, you will owe the extra guest fees of $15 per person per night for each guest over two. You will also be subject to a minimum charge of $150 for stating an inaccurate number of guests in your reservation. The definition of a guest is any person who enters the home.
