Sumptous apartment with great views overlooking Nice's fabulous beaches.

Situated directly on the fabulous Promenade Des Anglais just 2 minutes walk from the famous Negresco Hotel, a more perfect location is not possible. Ten minutes walk to shopping district, Old town and markets. Great supermarket in next street, restaurants on doorstep but most of all tranquility at night, no noisy nightlife. Bright and airy comfortable apartment with contemporary decor complimenting the classic interior architecture.

Great living room with large windows with spectacular views looking out to sea. The apartment has cable TV, internet, DVD and stereo.

There are two large bright and tranquil bedrooms each with a double bed and plenty of storage space.

The kitchen is fully equipped, just like home from home, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine etc.

The location, comfort and quality of this apartment makes it a rarity. Just 200m from the NEGRESCO hotel - ideally situated on the Promenade Des Anglais. A few minutes away from the vibrant pedestrian district and several minutes walk to 'Vieux Nice' with its famous market, narrow streets filled with restaurants, bars and great little boutiques.

The airport is only 10 minutes away, the coach stop to and from the airport is directly outside apartment.

Management fee of €120 payable on arrival for meet and greet, explaining everything in apartment, supplying linen towels etc and final clean.

Security deposit: Security deposit of €300 in cash is payable to management company on arrival and returned to guest in cash on departure.

My wife and i stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks Jan/Feb 2013. We enjoyed our holiday very much and found everything we needed. The problem a previous reviewer had with the management company has obviously been addressed as our experience was totally different. They were very willing and helpful.



If you are looking for an apartment in a quiet location with wonderful views and yet has first class transport links and the city centre within an easy walk then this apartment is a strong contender.

Simply heaven

Just returned from four nights in this amazing apartment in nice what a gem .Fantastic apartment with stunning views ,very comfortable everything anyone would need for a perfect holiday .Beside shops restaurants and not to mention the beautiful promenade perfect for a lovely walk or just sit and watch the world go by,could not recommend this apartment enough it has everything ,hope to return in October .Management and owner a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely flat in perfect location

We only were able to stay 4 days but we love it. The flat is perfect in location and comfort. It is as charming as the photos. No surprises. Clean and comfortable. Wish I had at least a week.

Perfect apartment on the Promenade

We loved this apartment - it was exactly as described and very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect - right on the Promenade with magnificent sea views and easy access to the old town. There was so much to do and so many places to shop and eat. We travelled a lot by bus (for only €1.50 each way with the stops right outside the door!) visiting Juan les Pins, Antibes, Biot, and Monaco. Locally we visited the Russian Orthodox Cathedral, Chagall Museum, Musee des Beaux Arts and the hill above the old town. There is do much more to do that you could easily fill a couple of weeks.

The restaurant downstairs was very good and we can recommend Fennochio ice cream in Place Rossetti!

Everything went very smoothly from the original enquiry through to booking and then the actual stay. Travelling from the airport by bus was very easy and we were met by Frances on arrival. Frances was an excellent manager - very friendly and efficient and she speaks excellent English. We will definitely return.

Excellent location, older style

Great location on the Esplanade, northern end. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to everything. Caretaker, France's, most very helpful and speaks good English.

Beds comfortable, first floor a plus, all air conditioned.

Location! Location!

This apartment is in the perfect location to walk to everything! You have a beautiful ocean view with amazing ocean breezes and don't even need the AC. There are two full bedrooms with queen beds with large windows for a breeze. The bathroom and kitchen are a good size. Like most vacation rentals, you bring your own soap & bathroom items. The kitchen is well supplied. The apartment is in a gated building & located next to a wonderful restaurant...Les Jardin du Capitol. 1 block away is another wonderful restaurant...Le Cocodile. You are less than 1-mile to old town & it's an easy walk on the flat Promenade. You can rent the Blue Velo bikes anywhere in Nice & return them to any location for $1-2euro/hour. It's really easy. I did this daily to go to old town, markets, sightseeing, etc. I recommend Neptune to lay at the beach. They have a ramp with ladder that makes getting in/out of the rocky water very easy. It's 2 blocks from the apartment. The tourist bureau is next to Hard Rock Cafe. You can also take the local bus to/from old town. If you are looking for a wonderful place, close to everything, with a beach view, then this is your place! Elise is wonderful. I would stay again! Heidi

Our family holiday in Nice. ( For the Euro 2016 football really.)

The apartment lived up to all the good reviews we had read before our arrival. Having 2 older children ( 22 & 20 ), they didn't want to share a bedroom, so Elise the owner and Frances, the manager, arranged extra bedding so our son could sleep on one of the comfy sofas. The view from the front windows is brilliant. The apartment was really clean on arrival, and, had everything we needed for a great holiday. The apartment had a lovely, classy feel to it. It soon felt like home from home for us. We would certainly like to return at some point, and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. There is so much to see and do, and no shortage of lovely restaurants to visit. We are glad we chose this apartment for our stay in Nice.

The apartment is brilliantly located just 200m from the famous Negresco hotel on the sun drenched Promenade Des Anglais. Super location for the February Mardi Gras festivals, close to the designer shops,the gastronomic French restaurants and the chic boutiques which line the narrow cobbled streets of the old town with the most amazing fish and flower markets, by night the bustling restaurants / bars and cafes open to the early hours.

Nice is central for exploring the French Riviera, the coach stop outside apartment will take you wonderful places like Cannes, Monaco and Antibes st Paul de Vence, even Italy with it's Friday and Saturday markets are only one hour away. The coach stop at the front of the apartment takes you to all these major hotspots for 4 euro for a daily coach pass.

The Promenade des Anglais runs along the seafront between the airport and the Château on the hill, the beach lined with beautiful beach cafes by day & night.
