This ground floor two-bedroom apartment only 50m from the Esplanade along one of the Cairns region's most popular beaches is one not to be missed.

Offers a fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and its own private garden entrance from the street.

The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.

Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents.

THE SPACE:
The fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and a dining table with an umbrella is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate.

Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube, and local channels along with free WiFi and a selection of board games is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer quality mattresses, ceiling fans, and courtyard view, one has a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two single-size beds.

The unit comes with high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen.

There is also a coin-operated washing machine in the complex laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

One undercover parking allocated to the unit is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool.

We have 3 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

PLEASE NOTE:
The garden is maintained regularly. It is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the apartment so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Top spot & well stocked apartment
Had a great time staying at this apartment nearly right across the road from the beach. Good for early morning swims just to hop out and be back at the apartment in minutes. Martina was always contactable and friendly, appreciated her professionalism and helpfulness. Her place was clean and well organized, with beach towels provided as well as plenty of essentials like toilet paper, cling wrap, nespresso machine, and in room ‘shop’ like a mini bar you can purchase. The garden and private road parking access to our car through this garden was invaluable, it made the place more roomy as more room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay here thanks for having us!

Fabulous
We loved our 12 day get-away in Palm Cove and staying in this very well equipped unit. The location was terrific with just a short walk to all amenities including the beach. The unit was lovely and clean, well equipped, attention to the little extras like batteries for the remote, board games and pantry items for sale if required. It was mostly quiet with a lovely well shaded rear garden area for relaxing. Ideally a small BBQ in the back yard would have been terrific but we managed without. The communal pool area was satisfactory but could certainly do with a face lift and regular clean. Overall a lovely stay and Martina (our contact) was terrific with providing information and responding to messages.
