This luxurious and stunning three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located right in the heart of Cairns City.

The unit boasts a large, beautiful entertaining area opening onto the shared pool area.

Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents.

Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants. Cairns airport is only a 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

THE SPACE:
Stunning Ground Floor City Apartment 104 is situated on the first floor, accessible by lift from the underground garage or by stairs from the street.

The large lounge area opening onto a private terrace, with a direct entrance to the shared pool area, offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels and free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

All three air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans, two have queen-size beds and wardrobes, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV for easy viewing whilst in bed, a good size ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe with a high chair and porta cot for your little one.

The unit comes with another bathroom, separate internal laundry and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven as well as all basic kitchenware. An in-build coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

One allocated parking spot in the building garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool.

We have four three-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment (Stylish Park View City Apartment 103, Stunning Ground Floor City Apartment 104, Parkview City Apartment 201, Pool View City Centre Apartment 202, Pool View City Centre Apartment 206) in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.

Really enjoyed our stay, accomodation was perfect for us, it had everything we needed. We particularly liked being able to walk from the apartment direct to the pool. Checkin was really easy. Well located, about 15-20mins to the marina, depending on how fast you walk. About 5-10mims to the Esplanade.

Excellent accommodation, neat, clean, modern and comfortable.
This property exceeded expectations. It has all facilities in good working condition. The apartment is attractive and modern with everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine and bottle of wine! Fully furnished balcony which wrapped around to the bedrooms. It is close to Cairns Central shopping and only a couple of blocks from the Esplanade. Martina the host was easily contactable, very friendly and helpful. We'll certainly come back. Highly recommended.
