Maravilhosa!!!

Passando para agradecer esse período em sua casa seu EMíLIO! muito gostosa e acolhedora, bem cuidada,limpeza fantástica. Nos sentimos em casa,seu carinho e cuidado com a limpeza e manutenção do jardim. Sua simpatia e pronto atendimento conosco. E ainda um carinho a mais com aquela água de coco que já estou morrendo de saudade! Que seus dias sejam cada dia mais prósperos e saudáveis!!! Quero muito voltar para sua linda casa, que deveria ser chamada tbm de "lugar de paz". Aos viajantes indico demais!! Principalmente nessa época de pandemia. Férias maravilhosas

Minha estadia em Arraial junto com minha família foi maravilhosa. O Sr Emílio foi super atencioso, pessoa fantástica, fora a casa que é show, igual o que vc vê no site. Não nos importunou como foi descrito em uma das avaliações, ao contrário até perguntou qual o horário melhor para poder fazer a manutenção da piscina sem incomodar. Com certeza volto na casa, um sossego e muito charmosa. Obrigado seu Emílio e se Deus quiser até breve

Férias incríveis!! Os proprietários extremamente simpáticos e acolhedores. Casa linda, super confortável, área de lazer ótima para curtir com os amigos ou familiares. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. A estrutura da casa em perfeitas condições, super charmosa, cozinha toda equipada. Ficamos maravilhados com toda a estrutura da casa e paisagem. Ótima localização. Acolhedor!!!

Queria agradecer sr. Emílio pela recepção fiquei muito a vontade eu meus filhos e meus amigos, a casa grande espaçosa é muito confortável com ar condicionado ventiladores no teto duas geladeiras toda montada onde não nos faltou nada a piscina sempre limpa um jardim bem cuidado sistema de alarme que nos deixou tranquilos em relação nossos bens pessoais já que tínhamos lido nos comentários de outros hóspedes muitas inverdades em relação a casa. A praia eh tão perto da casa que vc dorme ao som do mar Sr. Emílio nos deixou muito a vontade quando chamado por uma eventualidade em uma porta nos respondeu rápido em arrumar a mesma onde na ocasião convidei pra um whisky onde batemos um papo agradável por muito tempo onde ele nos falou dos melhores lugar pra visitar onde fazer compras mais barato e muitas outras dicas sobre o lugar, confesso que quando voltar já tenho onde ficar novamente, eu e minha família!

Perfeito

A casa e muito boa, quartos espaçosos, cozinha completa, um espaço maravilhoso, ambiente tranquilo, uma piscina ótima com uma área de churrasqueira perfeita (adoro fazer churrasco). Eu e minha família gostamos tanto do ambiente que a casa proporciona que a praia virou segundo plano, do tempo que passamos em arraial confesso que muitos dos nossos dias foram passar o dia fazendo churrasco, tocando violão, ouvindo música, curtindo a piscina e a noite saiamos para jantar e curtir a cidade de Arraial que como sempre continua linda e contagiante. Frequento Arraial a muitos anos, até então sempre ficava em pousada, já busquei todo tipo de pousada procurando oferecer o melhor pra minha família. Agora depois de alugar a casa eu digo, pousada nunca mais, o conforto oferecido e a privacidade de uma casa como a do Emílio e da Duda vale muito mais a pena do que ficar em qualquer pousada. Deixo aqui um muito obrigado ao Emílio e a Duda em meu nome e de toda minha família. Obrigado...
