There are 2 car spaces within the condominium in front of the house. 24 hour security. Location without humidity, clear and airy. With 4 suites plus a toilet. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

CONDOMÍNIO EXCELENTE MAS CASA SEM MANUTENÇÃO

A casa está precisando de uma boa manutenção, a pintura está ruim, os banheiros debaixo estão com o teto mofado, a casa estava limpa superficialmente (ventiladores com muita poeira, abajures com poeira), colchão ruim e velho, travesseiros ruins e velhos. Meu neto voltou com crise de bronquite alérgica.

A localização da casa é excelente O condomínio tem bom padrão. A casa é péssima: Limpeza ruim Colchões com buracos,necessitando de trocar. Utensílios da cozinha,com pouca opção ,mal cuidados .. Os banheiros sem papel higiênico,limpeza precária.. Vidros engordurados e empoeirados.. Sala de estar sem qualquer conforto,sofás improvisados.. Sem infraestrutura.. Para quem não se importa de estar bem alojado e confortável,o custo e benefício fica por conta da localização,que é muito perto da praia e do condomínio que é bem aprazível, pessoas simpáticas.

Excelente local para hospedagem. Casas com toda a infraestrutura necessária para momento de diversão, lazer e descanso. Cozinhas completas, salas de estar e quartos com todos os itens de conforto necessários e numa localização incrível. Recomendo com certeza.
