It is a beautifully upgraded 2nd floor end unit with nice vaulted ceilings, extra windows with superior air flow, and a lush private garden view in building #41 of the ocean front Kiahuna Plantation Resort. This condo is fully furnished with brand new furniture, floors and lighting throughout. It has a new upgraded sliding glass door. We just installed a 55 inch big screen tv on the wall in the dining room. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully open to the living room and dining room. The bathroom is all upgraded and includes a travertine walk in shower. The bedroom has brand new furniture, floors, lighting, and a new King size mattress. There is a brand new queen pull out sofa sleeper in the living room as well. This property sits on 35 acres of lush, tropically landscaped grounds. You are a short three minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. This property has the following amenities, a heated pool with waterslide, hot tub, various athletic courts, a fitness center at the point Beach athletic club which you will get to use as part of your stay. The property is equipped with several new stainless steel gas barbecues close to the unit. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the resort. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful condo and it’s surroundings on Poipu’s nicest beach. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. There will be a charge of $35 at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, trash removal, new linens, and a vacuum. Stays of 11 nights to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at checkout.
