Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sandy beaches and a relaxing view of sky-blue water. Unwind on the beach, enjoy the pool and spa, or play a game of shuffleboard. If you are feeling adventurous, sign up for a parasail ride, or explore the blue water on a jet ski; all within easy walking distance.

For convenience & comfort, The condo has all amenities including fully equipped kitchen with waste disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Free high speed internet!

The condo is tastefully decorated and feature living/dining room, large master bedroom with king size bed, full size kitchen, two full baths, and accommodates up to 4 people. Complete with washer, dryer, clock radio, 2 cable TV’s, VCR, DVD, and central A/C. The unit has a spacious private balcony with direct beach views inviting you to watch our beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Enjoy the heated pool and spa, shuffle board, and beachside barbeque. Shopping center and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Only 1/2 hour from Tampa International Airport. We are also located near Florida’s many attractions, including Disney World, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park zoo, Sea World, Universal Studios and Epcot Center. Spectator sports such as NFL football, major league baseball, ice hockey and greyhound racing are also close.

Overall, everything was wonderful. The unit has a great location, lots of bath towels, two bathrooms and two hairdryers. The beach chairs and towels were missing, unbeknownst to the host, who quickly replaced all items, including 2 great, new beach chairs. The bed is in need of a new mattress and the sheets are in need of being retired, but I’m sure this host will address these things as quickly as he did the missing beach chairs and beach towels. There were cleaning items in the unit, which allowed me to clean the light switches/panels and any sand we tracked in. The living and dining areas were comfortable. It was nice there were books and some grocery items in the unit. We would stay here again.

Very roomy condo

Good location, great beaches out front, and easy access to restaurants. We were surprised that the view off the balcony was about 90%parking lot-10% gulf. There was a white noise machine provided, which helped with the Gulf Blvd. noise. The upgrades mentioned in the write-up were good, but we felt there were other things needing upgrades too. We very much enjoyed our stay at St. Pete Beach, but found the condo just OK.

Great Location Quality Comdo

Very clean well maintained condo in the middle of everything. On the beach, pool, hot tub. Excellent parking, great property manager and superb owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location! It's just hard to beat. Miles of beautiful white sand beach, walk either direction to find all the best Tiki Bars, live music, shelling and of course the best sunsets you've ever seen! A half a block down across the street is the Dolphin Village Plaza with Publix, Dollar Store, CVS and specialty stores along with restaurants and a bank. Also directly across the street is the Sea Turtle Restaurant, owned and operated by a local British family has the best breakfast on the beach along with a great affordable menu. Speaking of affordable, directly behind the Sea Turtle is "The Drunken Clam" best dive bar on the beach! They have great TV's with all the sports you want to watch, along with the best wings on the beach! also local favorites like fish spread, peel & eat shrimp, etc.
