Host responds quickly to any problem and trys her best to make your stay the best possible!

We had a few problems at first. Found out HOA has banned propane or gas grills. We traveled by car so found a portable electric Ninji Foodi that worked very well. The host newly replaced items like umbrella, patio chairs, and kitchen set. Was a very comfortable townhouse and close to all baseball stadiums, Food City (groceries) and restaurants.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient and everything we needed.

Chalene was extremely timely with her communications. Quiet, safe, convenient, everything we needed. Large, clean bedrooms, all with TVs worked great for our family of 5. Living room was a little small. Kids enjoyed the pool, there was always sun and shade. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Growing up, I lived at the base of a mountain in a rural area. We spent hours fishing, quad riding, horseback riding, and camping. We spent summers in northern Arizona and winter breaks in the Phoenix Metro area. Arizona is home, but I love to travel all over the states and plan to see each country! My education is in business, and I have been working in education for several years. My family is important to me and we get together as often as possible!

Why they chose this property

Mesa, AZ was my second home growing up, spending weekends or weeks with cousins, aunts, and my grandma. When considering where to purchase a second home, it was a natural choice. I still spend weekends here, and much of my family lives in the area. In my leisure time, I enjoy much of what the area has to offer. Rafting, concerts, shopping, and dining are all within a short distance.

What makes this property unique

This home is stunning. After spending several months searching for the perfect home, I fell in love with this one immediately. The layout is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is so close to everything! I love the split floor plan, I love the new kitchen and flooring throughout. It is exactly what I was looking for!
