Luxury custom-built three-level six bedroom 5 1/2 bath executive residence with Full House emergency backup generator. Lower level with media room, 10 x 10 screen opens to outdoor stone patio. Master plus 3 additional bedrooms upstairs, one master on the main level. Third master on the lower level. Gourmet kitchen Nestled in The Sanctuary's exclusive residential area near Waynesville Country Club with convenient access to quaint downtown Waynesville's shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Extensive outdoor recreational opportunities and close to Asheville North Carolina.

Quiet residential Neighborhood not suitable for loud or late night activities. We request that guests not conduct outdoor noisy activities after 10 PM Sunday through Thursday evenings and after 11PM Friday and Saturday evenings. Must be respectful of neighbors Peace and quiet.

Amazing place

This house was totally amazing. We had 4 generations staying and it was perfect. Master suite on the main level was perfect for great grandparents, upper level has 4 bedrooms which was perfect for the grandparents, adult kids and 1 year old and the master on the lower level gave the newlywed kids their privacy. The lower level opens onto the patio which has a beautiful fireplace. The lower level was also perfect for everyone eating together, movies in the media room and family game night. And once the old folks had enough and went back upstairs, no noise carried upstairs at all! This house also has EVERYTHING you need for a vacation. Linens, towels, paper products, pots, pans, bakeware and basic spices. Bring your personal items and food and you’re good to go. Beds were comfy and everything was in good working condition. Hosts were very responsive, answering emails within a few minutes, even later at night and on New Year’s Day! Directions to the property were perfect and check in/ check out were both quick and easy. And plenty of parking! We had 5 vehicles total (4 being full sized trucks) and had lots of room to park, unload/load and move around. The location is also very convenient to Maggie Valley and Cherokee. If we’re ever in that area again, we’ll be staying here.

Stay in Waynesville

As soon as our daughter announced she planned to get married in Waynesville, I searched for a spacious home to accommodate our large family. This place was perfect. Very neat, clean and so convenient to our venue. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would love to return in the future. Thank you for your prompt responses.

EJ is a retired Airline/Military pilot, Lisa a Family Practice/OB/GYN nurse practitioner. Both born and raised in Indiana currently residing in Seminole, Fl. She a graduate of Indiana State University with a Doctorate in Nursing from Case-Western. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy.
