THE RESIDENCE

Residence 'Maxime Park', built in 2005. The town center and the beaches of the city center are 1.8km walk from the apartment, 2km by car. The location is 2.7km from the beaches of Nartelle. The residence is on a raised slope from which this magnificent view over the hill opposite.

Sainte Maxime

Charming seaside resort of the Côte d'Azur Varoise, located between Toulon and Nice, located in front of Saint-Tropez (14km), and 23 km from Saint-Raphael 33 KM from Draguignan.

Composed of more than 13,000 inhabitants, Sainte-Maxime constitutes more than 10km of seaside. Shuttle boats take you to Saint-Tropez, or offer sea trips, or visits to islands of the region.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub in Sainte-Maxime sehr genossen. Eine Ferienwohnung zum rundherum wohlfühlen. Ein herzliches und umfangreiches Willkommenspaket hat uns nach einer langen Fahrt erwartet und überrascht. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal ganz

herzlich bedanken. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden weiterempfehlen. Alles war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Unser Urlaub wird uns auf jeden Fall wieder hierhin führen.

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne verlägerte Woche verbracht. Bereits im Vorfeld des Urlaubs wurden wir vom Vermieter mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem riesigen Obstkorb, Wein und anderen Annehmlichkeiten empfangen, so dass wir bereits am Ankunftstag einen sehr schönen Abend hatten. Die Wohnung ist in einem top neuen Zustand. Alles Wichtige in der Küche ist vorhanden-von der Nespressomaschine über Toaster bis zur Spülmaschine. Auf der Terasse befindet sich ein recht neuer Gasgrill. Die Gegend liegt oberhalb der Einfallstrasse von Sainte-Maxime, ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles schön sauber. Abrechnungstechnisch alles schnell und ohne Probleme. Wir werden sicherlich wieder buchen.

Parfait !

L'appartement est très bien situé : en hauteur, au calme, avec vue dégagée, tout en étant proche du centre ville et des commerces de première nécessité. Spacieux et fonctionnel, il est plus que conforme à sa description. Tout le confort est là, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un très agréable appartement très bien situé

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, appartement bien agencé ou rien ne manque, belle vue sur le massif sur 180 degrés

Terrasse bien équipée, nous en avons profité aussi bien pour prendre nos repas que pour faire la sieste sur les transats très confortables

La chambre est équipée d'un nouveau lit, matelas neuf et vous assure de doux rêves.

Bonne connection wifi, le parking privé est un vrai plus. La piscine de la résidence est pas très loin et calme.

Une semaine très agréable, à refaire.
