Residence 'Maxime Park', built in 2005. The town center and the beaches of the city center are 1.8km walk from the apartment, 2km by car. The location is 2.7km from the beaches of Nartelle. The residence is on a raised slope from which this magnificent view over the hill opposite.

In common, a swimming pool (6x12m, depth 80-160cm from May 15th to September 30th). A children's pool is located near the swimming pool, as well as outdoor showers.

Sainte Maxime

L'appartement est très bien situé : en hauteur, au calme, avec vue dégagée, tout en étant proche du centre ville et des commerces de première nécessité. Spacieux et fonctionnel, il est plus que conforme à sa description. Tout le confort est là, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un très agréable appartement très bien situé

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, appartement bien agencé ou rien ne manque, belle vue sur le massif sur 180 degrés

Terrasse bien équipée, nous en avons profité aussi bien pour prendre nos repas que pour faire la sieste sur les transats très confortables

La chambre est équipée d'un nouveau lit, matelas neuf et vous assure de doux rêves.

Bonne connection wifi, le parking privé est un vrai plus. La piscine de la résidence est pas très loin et calme.

Une semaine très agréable, à refaire.

on ne pouvait pas etre mieux situé en venant à Sainte-Maxime, et le choix pour cet appartement s'est vite décidé : les magasins proches, l'accès facile, jardin, terrasse, climatisation, wifi illimité, proche du centre ville (on n'aime pas être en plein centre) une vue vraiment fascinante ! , quartier tres vivant et pourtant on retrouvait le calme tant à l'appartement que dans cette résidence très agréable , tres bon gout pour la deco de l'appartement , tres bien equipe , avec le souci du détail ( gel douche,parasol,documents pour transports et visites),prendre un petit dejeuner sur la terrasse au soleil quoi de mieux... en plus gentillesse et disponibilite du proprietaire

c'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons

Emplacement, vue, accueil, situation tout est bien

Accueil sympathique et atypique, merci encore pour toutes les attentions locales. Propriétaire charmant et accueillant (cadeau de bienvenue sympathique...)

Appartement très pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes ( dont 1 bebe)

Proximité immédiate des petits commerces et centre ville facilement accessible en voiture, ou avec le mini bus de la ville

Résidence calme avec stationnement sans difficulté (la place de l'appartement).

J'y retournerai les yeux fermées, je n'hésiterai pas à le recommander car nous y avons passé de bons souvenirs (la vue mérite vraiment ce détour). Mr Ramos

Owner's Response: Merci beaucoup de partager ainsi votre expérience sur cet appartement. En effet je mets un point d'orgue à ce que ces hôtes se détendent, et passent un agréable moment, entre la chambre et la terrasse qui donne directement sur le jardin et sa magnifique vue sur le Massif des Maures. La proximité de cette résidence pour se rendre à la boulangerie, ou autres commerces de proximité est vraiment un plus, tout peut se faire à pied. Cette navette qui se prend en contrebas, qui en haute période possède jusqu'à 3 circuit permet d'aller partout sur Sainte-Maxime sans prendre de véhicule. Je ne sais comment vous remercier, lorsque vous solliciter une recommandation. L'appartement reçoit tout au long de la saison de très nombreux "fidèles vacanciers" par conséquent il est important de réserver assez tôt si vous désirez revenir l'an prochain. J' espère donc vous accueillir à nouveau très prochainement. Ludovic
