Winter Get Away

The VRBO property was perfect for the four of us. Very convenient to the heated pool and hot tub, just steps away. Also three very good and convenient out door grills, which were used a lot. The condo was clean very well stocked with spices and such and plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. Very nice complex, quiet and felt safe, good location. Communication with Andrew was great, check in was super easy.

Scottsdale Condo

The property was just as advertised, it was very clean and well maintained. Andrew was very helpful and an exceptional host. The location is perfect close to all amenities and tourist spots.

Comfortable condo in a great location

The VRBO description of the condo is accurate. It is located in a residential area of south Scottsdale alongside the inviting Indian Bend Wash park. The complex is reasonably quiet and the pool was very inviting although we didn't use it. The condo is an upstairs unit and the master bedroom, which is more of a loft and not a fully enclosed room, is up another set of stairs -- so not suitable for folks who can't handle stairs. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The unit was very well stocked as VRBO rentals go, although several condiments were out-of-date, and some of the cookware wasn't in good shape. There were 3 TVs -- living room and both bedrooms -- with owner-supplied YouTubeTV and Prime Video. The wi-fi was fast and solid. The owner was responsive to the minor issues we had. Overall a solid condo; we would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in South Scottsdale

My wife and I loved this condo. The unit itself was large, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a garage for our car and storing rental bicycles was a bonus. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the heated pool. We cycled every day and this condo provides easy access to the extensive system of paved pathways through green space throughout Scottsdale. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful property!

Property was as advertised, very clean and had all the amenities of home, including a stocked pantry. Pool and hot tub were right next door and well kept. Nice neighborhood with shopping close by. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. Easy check in and check out (not a laundry list of To-dos like some properties we’ve stayed at) and extremely attentive owners. Would stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.
