Perfection.
My family and I loved this property located in a cute, safe neighborhood. The owners thought of every detail and were easily reached when needed. The metro is so close to the property which is a cheap, quick ride to downtown. We were super pleased with our experience.
Great base for a short stay in the capital
We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. It is in a great location with restaurants, grocery store and metro just steps away but still a quiet, tree-lined residential street. Kirk was easy to contact and very helpful.
Delightful experience, wonderful place to stay!
Couldn't have been more conveniently located, a half block to the subway station, several grocery stores within easy walking distance, and dozens of restaurants throughout the neighborhood. The Eastern Market and outdoor flea market are also only a block away!
The suite is clean, spacious and nicely decorated, with new kitchen appliances and very comfortable furnishings,
We recommend Eastern Market Suites to everyone we know visiting Washington,m D.C. and will stay there ourselves as often as possible.

A perfect getaway
Our trip to Washington was wonderful--and this sweet garden apartment was such a delight to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. The location is PERFECT--so close to the Metro station, stores and restaurants. Kirk could not have been a better host. He did everything he could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Kirk!
Lovely location, very clean and friendly helpful owner
The bottom line first. Had a little trouble getting the air turned on when we arrived around 9pm. Called and the owner walked us through a solution right then. You can’t ask for more than friendly fast response to your concerns. He followed up several times to make sure everything was great.
The unit is very clean and modernized. A lovely comfortable space in a really charming neighborhood and every bit as close to the metro, bus and shopping as advertised.
The mattress is soft so be warned if you prefer very firm or share the bed. Sheets were wonderfully soft with plenty of pillows and blankets.
