Sunkissed Cottage, our beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home is waiting for you! The bright, comfy living room with a wood burning stove and 50 inch smart TV opens to an elegant waterside dining room. Sliders to the spacious deck and beach afford spectacular salt water views.

Wake up to incredible water vistas from every bedroom. Have your morning coffee on the deck, take a few steps and lounge on the beach or go all in and swim or kayak on beautiful Follins Pond. At the end of the day, watch magnificent sunsets. Only minutes away, there are gorgeous ocean beaches, quaint shops, delicious restaurants, stage and screen entertainment, bike paths, golf courses, tennis courts and recreation parks.

Wonderful property!

We stayed in this fantastic home for a quick trip to the cape. It is located on a quiet cul de sac with gorgeous views of the pond. Very spacious for a family of five and great outdoor dining accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Meg was very accessible and provided us with quick feedback or communication with any asks! I highly recommend!

A rare Cape Cod gem.

Rare gem of a location. We’ll cared for with lots of attention to detail to the little things. Enjoyed kayaking and taking a dip in the pond and the outdoor shower. The sun and sky reflecting off the pond all day make us feel like we were floating on cloud nine all day.
